These are amazing I am 6 feet 165 pounds size 32 guy pants size 6 girls pants. Size B fits great they don't look too big nor to small I love it. I tried them under leggings "street tights" and they looked great no visible edges at all love them. Thank you for making such a wonderfull product. Would love to try the other sizes: D

I can finally wear form fitting dresses and pants! My hip width is bigger than my thigh width so it creates a pronounced "dip" where the hip meets the thigh. The pads fit perfectly and smooth out this problem area. No more feeling self-conscious! I wear them with regular pantyhose. Since it is so hot and humid here in FL they do make me sweat a bit so I cut off the legs of the pantyhose mid thigh when wearing pants or long skirts and just keep the control top. They stay in place very nicely.

These hip pads are wonderful quality! I am 60 years old and my hips make it almost impossible for me to sleep more than a few hours, and I still wake with bad pain. My back issues keep me from sleeping on my stomach, and back implant keeps me from sleeping on my back.After spending thousands of dollars on 3 new mattresses (not including the two foam toppers and one air topper), over the course of 14 months, I was desperate to try something different.A med-tech at my doctors office suggested I try padded panties, but those did not pad the hips. So I started a search for the pads sold separately. I purchased the largest pair of silicone pads for “butt” padding, and wore them on my side. Relief, finally. However, those pads were much too small to adequately cover the are I needed to cushion as I slept.Here is where Sculptress Fashions came in. Although I am using these pads differently from the intended manner, I have been using this product for six weeks and wanted to give an honest review.I am 5’2”, wear medium size clothing. I ordered the Sculptress Silicone Hip pads in size C/Short. I think this is a substantial pad for my frame, but I would only be wearing them to sleep. The side that goes against your skin, adheres (without glue) giving a very real likeness of fuller hips. I think there’s magic mixed in as the flat side can mold almost seamlessly to your skin. The silicone even does a wonderful job of imitating the texture of skin. Now, these are a couple of pounds, so they will not stay on without pantyhose, or “shaper”. When I say shaper or shape wear, a very light hold will do. Sculptress Fashions sells a crotchless thigh length shaper that works very well. Of course the crotchless is an added bonus, as it would be awkward to deal with the removal of shape wear and silicone pads every time you had to go tinkle. You could always wear panties over the crotchless shape wear for, modesty concerns. I have been using these for almost 6 weeks now and not only do they look brand new they clean up easily.Don’t let the price of these lead you to make a decision for a lesser product. In this instance, you truly get what you pay for. I for one feel like I got a wonderful deal! Not only am I completely thrilled with this product, Customer Service at Sculptress Fashions is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. They know their product and give you the personal assistance rarely seen with on-line shopping.
