Lang Wooden bee House Honey auto Flow Beehive Box with 7 pcs auto Frame (Full hive)

I couldn't be happier!!! I've never had a beehive before, so it's been a learning experience overall, so this product is certainly for someone with no experience (and experienced alike). We've had it for a month so the bees are still building on the brood box, but you can tell they are very happy campers in their new home; we're waiting for them to fill it up so they can move to the honey producing hive, so we're looking forward to that stage.One important factor to mention here is that the brood box needs the frames (not included) so you either have to build the panels yourself, but I suggest you buy them as well, you'll save a lot of time.Lastly, I am impressed with their customer service; one of the autoflow panels was missing a part, so I contacted them via messages and they didn't even ask questions, they immediately sent the missing piece... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!I will give and updated review once the bees start to move up to the autoflow section and let you know how it goes.For now, bottom line, I highly recommend this product.

So let me say that this is not a simple Ikea project, and having basically no knowledge of beekeeping (just videos/reading) probably does not make this easier. Directions are not very easy, only 1 double sided piece of paper :( with enough study of the images and the wood pieces I was able to puzzle out most of the parts, but I have 8 1 3/4" countersink head screws to assemble the base and I do not understand what that means;(.I did purchase two and only finished with the first, will update after bees start making honey :)

No key and several pieces were starting to split. The instructions are very simplistic and pieces not marked in any way. If I was not familiar with bee hives, I do not feel I would have been able to assemble it at all. I had to drill and counter sink the brooder box to keep the ends from splitting further. However, when I tried to assemble the supper, once side was split the full length with a piece completely split out of it. It fell apart as I was trying to set it in place. It just fell into two pieces. I have asked for refund.At first, no refund was approved, sellers only wanted to have me take picture of damaged pieces and they would replace them. I refused and demanded a refund and also submitted a complaint through Amazon. The seller then sent a new kit without the flow frames. The new kit was just as bad as the first one so I contacted Amazon complaint again. Now a refund has ben submitted and I have been told to keep the product. I am now satisfied with the outcome. I am very happy with the refund but it has taken about a month to settle this issue. However, not the product. It will not last long and it is still incomplete. I must start over.

Great buy for bee keeper to place less stress on there bees. Also cutting down the steps to get the honey and the amount on equipment. Despite these positives you still have to be diligent keeping track of the hives health.

This was complicated at first to put together but easy once I figured it out. The joints fit right with the tap of a hammer.I have a extra piece of wood with to hingened flaps that I’m unsure about.

Started to put this beehive together yesterday to have it ready for the new bees. did not come with any instructions for it. did not come with enough screws to put it together. One piece of it was split into 3 had to glue them together and wait for it to dry. Now after the glue has set up I find that it is missing a metal piece for the top so I have to make a piece to replace that. If some thought had been put into packaging this beehive the proper way then it would have gotten 5 stars but with missing items and broken parts there is no way I can give it that.

This is a very neat product and the assembly constitutes a great project to work on with kids. However assembly could not work for me based on the instructions that came with the kit. However, it was not hard to find a video on Youtube that clearly showed how to make this work. Relying on the video we have what looks like a great new hobby for us to start on this summer.

I saw a lot of negative reviews about this hive, but bought it anyway. The instructions were not clear, but once I figured it out it went together fine. All of the joints fit like a glove and it's a very nice bee hive. You will have to buy the frames for the brood box separately but everything else is there. I will buy more of these! Shipping took a month.
