BOSCH GXL12V-270B22 12V Max Brushless 2-Tool Cordless Drill Kit

I was about to purchase the Bosch 5-in-1 Installation driver for a buck 40, and then I saw this combo kit for nine bucks more. I received the Bosch 12v Oscillating Multitool for an entire extra $9, making this Bosch 12v combo kit a great value while on sale. During sales pricing, no hard case was included. At a buck forty nine on sale, this combo kit was an excellent purchase. Pros: sales pricing, availability during sale, size, weight, usability, versatility, Bosch Tools. Cons: None I have experienced while using the tools from this combo kit. The combo kit I purchased included the following items: (1ea) Bosch 12v Chameleon 5-in-1 installation driver set, (1ea) Bosch 12v Oscillating Multitool, (2ea) Bosch 12v 2.0Ah batteries, (1ea) Bosch 12v Max battery charger and a decent (1ea) Bosch cloth carrying bag for the Chameleon driver set. I am impressed with their Chameleon installation driver set. It has operated well for any job and every job I've used it on. It is a well built driver that feels well balanced while operating the tool. I started on the cordless Bosch lineup earlier this year (2025). My first Bosch tool purchase was the glorious 18v Profactor 740N 1/2 in. impact wrench, which was my very first cordless 1/2 in. impact wrench purchase. It's a beast of an impact wrench... This Bosch 12v combo kit was my second Bosch purchase, and I believe their new 1/4 in. impact driver (1950CN) may be my next Bosch purchase. The new Bosch (1330CN) 1/2 in. hammer drill was too expensive for my taste during its initial release, and the pricing has dropped a bit thus far. The Flex 1400 in/lb drill driver won the drill argument, which ended up being $70 cheaper than the Bosch drill (tool only), w/2 stacked batteries, a battery charger and a great hard case. I do enjoy using the Bosch tools I've purchased on Amazon. >>> I'll add that Bosch Tools verified and confirmed that they do honor the warranty for their tools purchased on Amazon.com. This is a great tool set for anyone. Attachments are easy to switch out and make a definitive click when done! All attachments are useful at some point...to me the multitool was a nice add on that works well for normal usage. Battery life is adequate, the reason I bought a kit with 2 batteries. Case is useful and is appreciated. However no case for multitool which is no big. Very much worth the price!

I have a set of 18v drill/drivers/impacts and I find that for many tasks they're unnecessary overkill. I often grab this tool over those for almost every occasion now. I installed a front door and storm door with it, and it had no problem handling that job and the different attachments made everything easy. I've also used it to put up shelves, build a 2x4 framed workbench in my garage, assemble flat-pack furniture, do misc repairs around the house, screw a butcher block countertop onto a standing desk frame, etc. Really unless you're drilling into concrete, mixing drywall mud, or something else that requires a huge amount of torque, this thing has the power to do most other jobs and is small and easy to carry around, feels good in the hand, comes with an oscillating tool that is also very handy for drywall repairs or rough woodworking, and won't break the bank while doing it. It also has two batteries which should last you through any job you might use this for.

I love Bosch tools in general and these are great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there is no adapter that fits the multi-tool fo use win blades that aren't starlock and no quick Lock for the blade only a screw that's easy to loose

I bought this kit because I was going to be doing some housework and such and I wanted something that would not weight much and was easy to use. The power of this little drill is quite nice and for its size does a great job. The design of the multiple attachments and their ability to just take one off and pop another one on makes it nice when doing multiple jobs at the same time. The batteries charge speed is not that bad either and they do last quite a while. I would say value for money this is a great little drill set that's nice to have around if you need a drill and don't want to use a larger and heavier drill.

This driver is my favorite tool. It’s flexible in use, easy to change heads, Is compact to fit in tight spaces, and of course is Bosch quality. The batteries last a long while and the driver has a surprising amount of power when you need it as well as a precise level of speed control when you need that. The oscillating tool is nice as well but I’ve only used it once so far (I use the driver almost every day). The product picture shows a blue cube item in the lower right of the picture that does not come with this set. I don’t know what that item is supposed to be. My guess is that it’s not supposed to be in the picture because I can’t imagine how anything else would have fit in the box all this came in (the factory box, not the Amazon box). The charger is fine if not especially fast but since the batteries last so long, that’s ok.

I own several Bosch tools and have always been impressed with their quality. This compact kit is well put together, with multiple attachments for the lightweight drill/driver. The carrying bag is sturdy and convenient, making it easy to keep everything organized and ready to take to a job site. The multi-tool is also a great addition and works especially well for small cutting tasks in tight or hard-to-reach areas.

If I could give this drill 10 stars I would totally do it! It works so well getting those corners without me bending and breaking drill bits. While it may not be the most powerful drill I've ever used it dose works seemlessly and exactly how it's supposed to. Don't be impatient like me and give it the proper time to charge so that you don't get frustrated by the battery dying. My only complaint would be that it took quite a while to get the drill which led to my impatience to use it LOL. I tried the Milwaukee first and while was it a good drill and I liked it well enough I didn't like the "hand guard" which I assume made it stronger...? Because of this small size the weight is very manageable even for my wife to use with her smaller hands. The battery life is good and charges fairly quickly. If you manage to get it as a combo or on a good sale you definitely can't go wrong! Sometimes you just pay for brandnames, sometimes you pay for and get the quality this is definitely the latter.

Tolles Set und für diesen Kurs im DACH Raum nicht zu bekommen. Praktisch dass auch gleich ein bisschen Zubehör mit dabei ist. In der Tasche hat aber das Multitool dann keinen Platz mehr - das sollte einem Bewusst sein. Mir ist das egal.

Excelente combo! Essa linha de 12v da Bosch na minha opinião é perfeita. ( respeitando seu limites obviamente) Compacta , leve e com um acabamento muito bom.

Value wise, this is £400+ worth of items in the UK, I got it for £142. for 2 tools, 2 batteries, some accessories, a bag and access to an entire new battery platform, its a bargain. charger doesn't work on UK voltage, but that's fine I got a USB-C charging one that lets you use the 12v batteries as power banks as well. the drill is now my go to for assembling furniture and any small jobs, has enough power that you'll rarely need your 18v drill out, you can't complain about having an instillation driver of this quality for this little a price, the multitools just bonus really.

best compact 5 in 1 i have had....better the dewalt or milwaukee.
