Thank you NinaQueen for being concerned about the customer.Ordered this December 9, 2017, April 3, 2018, not even 4 months old. My daughter noticed a stone is missing and the beak is no longer gold. It's only been worn for 3 months, had to wait to get a bracelet, and every time she takes it off it is put in the bag it came in. Other charms with stones have held up beautifully over years of wear. This product was Very Disappointing!

I ordered two charms ,the penguin is beautiful. The second one never came and the tracking said it did. So I cant tell you what the red charm with the Christmas tree looks like.

Bought as a gift and it was hit. Unfortunately, one of the gems fell out already. Have yet to ask for a replacement, but do not expect any issues.
