Phenomenal
Phenomenal product! Glides smoothly and it’s compact size and weight is perfect for traveling. Can’t wait to use this much more for product review videos and to add a special cinematic touch to my videos.

Great Value Slider
First, the product does come with 3/8" to 1/4" adapters, so no need to buy them separate...Second, the slider performs as you would expect for this price... I'm not gonna hold it to the same set of standards as I would a $400 slider. A steady hand will get you a near-perfect shot, but you'll probably need to throw your shot through a stabilizer in post in order to get that butter-perfect move. Also, the friction dial is a little underwhelming at high friction. You're best-off with a light amount of friction and a steady hand. But, all things considered, this is a perfect tool that I'll keep in my bag at all times. Many jobs I would just simply not bring my set of rails because I'd be too lazy to carry it in with me without making a separate trip. So I'd rather have (easily correctable) slider shots 95% perfect than no slider shots at all.Highly recommended if your budget is under $200 and don't have the strictest of expectations (again, this combined with a warp stabilizer in post is a great compromise), but wouldn't recommend if perfection straight out of your camera is what you're looking for.

A real dissapointment
If only there were no sticking points and you could tighten the camera down at the angle you wanted. The idea is good but you need to be really cardful in order to get a slide that works smoothly. The total distance you can slide it without hitting the sticky end points is really short. The mid point is a little sticky too unless you do it just right. There's no way to tighten the camera down at the angle you want either.

Great for light weight cameras.
Great but not strong enough to hold a heavy dslr with a hefty lens. But that’s in the description.

Not an Edelkrone Wing, But for 1/3 the price it Rocks.
The media could not be loaded. I haven't had a chance to use this on a shoot, but my initial impressions are that it is a solid product. When I first saw it I was surprised to see that it said it was rated to 5.5 lbs, since most of these in this price range are only rated to about 2.5, and it seems like that is an accurate statement. When on a tripod there is a slight amount of dip at full extension when using my GH5 and tamron 24-70 2.8, but not enough that anyone but the shooter will notice. The slide action is smooth and easy to operate one handed.Make sure that you use a solid tripod head if you are attaching it that way. My Manfrotto fluid head handled it with no problems when installed to slide counter to the tilt axis of the tripod head, but the ball head on photo sticks struggled with the weight when fully extended.

Great travel slider
This is great for traveling. Fits in your carryon really well. It doesn't have the range of a full slider (which can be expected) and it needs a sturdy tripod. Travel tripods heads don't do well with its weight. However, it gives great fluid movements, and is really great for travel situations.
