Nice bra. Best for a full breast
If certain fabrics irritate your sensitive skin, this bra may be a good choice for you. I wear a 38B. I am in my 50's and no longer have the perky "chi-chis" that I once had, so when I received the bra and saw that it doesn't have a foam cup but a stretchy fabric, I was concerned. First, the cup is of a cottony stretch fabric and I haven't experienced any irritation or discomfort, it feels soft. However, if you don't have a full breast, the stretchy fabric tends to crease a bit, and you have to adjust the creases. I am neither pleased or displeased with my silhouette. The litmus test for me with this bra is that I don't appear to be sagging, and this does a good job. The straps are comfortable and lined with the same cotton material, and are probably the most comfortable straps I have ever worn. They are a bit wide, so they might show if you're wearing a ank. I know it is popular for young girls to let their straps show, but I come from an era where that was tacky. I wore a sleeveless top and had to take care the straps didn't play "peek-a-boo". The clasp in the back is a bit on the itchy side, but not so much that it would create distraction if worn throughout the day. The underwire doesn't poke or feel in any way uncomfortable. I am fairly pleased with this bra, it is pretty, and I like that the straps stay put, but I probably wouldn't buy it again. I really prefer a bra with a foam cup.

This is my favorite bra, and I've owed about 10 of them ...
This is my favorite bra, and I've owed about 10 of them in the past few years. I started buying them locally, buy online became the lower stress way to find them. The natural beige color is flattering for my pale skin and the only color I've purchased. Often "beige" is too high contrast and shows under light colored blouses. The cottony fabric is comfortable year round, but especially in the summer. The lace touches are just enough to accent, but they are kept away from seams and there is no exposed lace "picot" to catch or rub. (Often lace trim irritates my skin.) The wider straps curve towards the collarbones, which puts the gel padding where it's needed. My size (DD) has a 4 hook closure. The band offers good support without any additional bones on the sides. There's minimal fabric on the band under the breasts, and the center sits flat on my sternum without gapping or the "uni-boob" effect. Cups are full coverage, seamless and obviously have spandex, but the fabric is not as thick as that in the cheaper "allover support" t-shirt bra without gel straps.I machine wash in a lingerie bag on delicate.Line dry. The beige color holds up well. I've never had a wire snap or break out, which is pretty darn remarkable. If you are looking for a bra balances function with pretty, give this one a try. I think the sizing is true for Playtex products. If you aren't sure about size or fit, try visiting the Playtex site for the bra fitting guide. The right size will be more comfortable, healthier for your back, and last longer.

Extremely comfortable but cup size is off and bra's lining wrinkles
I have been wearing Playtex bras for the last several years. Normally I try them on in a department store so I know they fit. This time, after my daughter searched Kohls for 3 hours to find anything in our size we admitted defeat and just ordered them from Amazon. This style did not fit my daughter at all so she latched on to the Secrets Body Revelations which did fit her nicely. That left me with this style. The straps are wider over the shoulder and are very comfortable. The style is attractive and soft and comfortable. Part of what makes this bra comfortable is the actual material on the cup is very thin and does not lift the breast well even with the underwire. In the photo, the model is showing lift/slight push up. This not the case with this bra. It would be a very comfortable sleep bra. The fit around the ribcage is true to size according to my previous Playtex bras, but the actual cup size is slightly too large under the arm. The cup does not have any fiberfill and is unmolded, The construction has a soft lining. Without any fiberfill, the bra's fullness under the arm causes a wrinkle in the lining that is visible under a t-shirt. Sometimes this wrinkle can be smoothed out, but often the fold is visable. To explain the rating, I would give this a 5 for comfort and the attractiveness of the style, a 3 for construction due to the thinness of the fabric and durability, a 1 for the actual design due to the wrinkling and thinness of the fabric resulting in the lack of lift. Because it is so comfortable I will not be returning it, however I will only be able to wear it under heavier fabrics or something with a jacket due to the lining wrinkles.

Best Cotton Bra Ever!
I love, love, love this bra. I had purchased a few of them a long time ago and as with anything, over time they wore out. When I tried to purchase this bra again, I was told that Playtex had discontinued it. Well that was a dumb move on Playtex's part (in my opinion!). I tried a few others that were suggested by their customer service person but none fit and felt like this one. I hated the microfiber, I don't need padding, I do need underwire. When I searched on line and found that these on Amazon, I immediately ordered a couple. Sadly, there is limited sizing and colors available but I was so happy to find any in my size for sale, the color didn't matter that much. This is the most comfortable, breathable bra there is and I hope the ones I bought last longer than I do because I really could not find their equivalent.

When comfort becomes unwearable!
Such a dilemma! On one hand this is one of the most comfortable bras I have owned. On the other hand two of the three bras I purchased have had the underwire break through its material “sleeve” and dig into my skin! It’s a shame Playtex do not put some kind of cap on the end of the wire so that it is less likely to cut through the material. The last one of the bras purchased was only worn three or four times before it became unwearable. Such a shame as before this happens they really are very comfortable to wear. I confess that I have not asked for a refund as although the last bra purchased broke within three weeks of receiving it I had no proof that it was not one of those bought a few months before - though you would still expect them to last more than a few months! If I had not had this issue I would give a five star review due to fit, comfort and value for money. But alas after the underwire escapes it’s sheath it becomes unwearable and therefore poor value.
