Good customer service
1st bike didn’t last a week customer service was great had a new bike working now kids enjoying it

Battery not connected. Under seat it has one screw connect the red wire to battery terminal.
Liked it came well packed, and quicker than promised.It is sturdy and very good looking. My grandson just jumped onto it.First it did not charge, or work.I was about to send it back.Than I thought to check the battery which is under the seat.the red terminal is not connected during transport for safety.This is not mentioned anywhere…..Now it’s working.

Good customer service
We had a problem with the first bike which was resolved quickly with no fuss and replaced, good little bike for younger children

Excellent service!!
The first bike I purchased didn’t work, however the company was quick to help and assist straight away, they first sent a new battery that worked but the bike still didnt, they happily sent a replacement bike I cannot fault them! The new bike is perfect my son loves it I would recommend using this company! Thank you for all your help

Service is bad
I received the product but it's not working no body give me any reply service is very bad and they charge me for return if it's my fault I can accept but the charger is not going on that's not my fault he say send me video send it but nothing to any replySo my child is very angry and I am not buying again

Great toy, easy to assemble but rear wheel wasn't straight

Great preschooler toy
We purchased this for our sons 4th Birthday as he wanted a ‘real’ motorbike but doesn’t yet ride a bike unaided. This was such good value for the money and looks the part!! I would say this is best aimed at 3-5 years
