I've only had these supplements for less than a week, and not taking daily has completely enhanced my energy and awareness. I realize all of our bodies will have a different experience, but I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this. After quite a search i have found the mg dosage of this to be phenomenal. This cleans the blood and improves muscle tone, great formulation. I wish it were liposmal too, but its still better than the rest for the quality and concentration. love this.

These have been sitting around for quiiite a while as they've absorbed enough moisture to make the contents inside the capsules rock hard. The label is peeling off rather comically and I couldn't tell you whether these do something or not. Maybe? Definitely pass on these. UPDATE : The company reached out to me and refunded me on this purchase; which was a stand-up thing to do since there aren't returns on this item. I've used them a handful of times now despite them being hard, and I do think they have some effects at least, it can be hard to tell with my stack. It's an interesting ingredient combo at the least, just with lower dosing.. But it's good they give you every ingredients dose instead of rolling it all into one "proprietary formula" where you don't know the ratios. I upgraded the review to 4 stars for these reasons. I still can't recommend however, at least at this time...

Good choice if you need extra energy

Please be careful when taking any supplements. I have never had an adverse action to a supplement until I tried these. After about 2 hours of taking my first dose my feet started to swell and swell more. Other parts of my body as well such as my face and slightly my hands, but more so my feet. What I find weird is that all the photos on the reviews for this supplement appear to be a different bottle, I'm not sure if they updated there packaging or they are trying to pull one over on the consumer. Please do not take this supplement as you may suffer the same situation that I did. Again, this is the only time anything like this has happened from any supplent or prescription medication. Just be careful and be advised. Take care you'll.
