Attachment did fit my nebuliser ok but the atomiser is not very good. It either falls apart in use or is leaking. It doesn’t really produce much aerosol compared to the original part for the Beurer hl18I only used the atomiser and the mouth piece because this is for nebulising a pet so cannot comment on the masks and elastic ribbonsI would not recommend. You better search for an original part. This may do as an emergency at a pinch but it is not cheap if you only use it 1-2

The mask is a poor fit, but okay, however, the plastic is quite poor quality and the cylinder leaks a little, overall disappointing buy

I think this is possibly BETTER than the ones that came with my nebuliser. I certainly prefer the liquid holder. Good value. Would recommend.
