Your caregiver system only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. Log into your router, check wireless settings, enable 2.4GHz if off, and connect your device to the WiFi with "2.4G" in its name. If unsure, contact your internet provider or check your router manual.

Can The Buttons Be Used Outdoors?

It Is Recommended To Use It At Home. The Distance Between The Button And The Distress Receiver To Be Used Is About 500 Feet/150M. Please Use It Within That Range.
