Not as described
This is the second time this week that I have purchased this item and it still is not right. When I went to measure out my ingredients I was disappointed to see that it only had 13oz instead of 16oz. The first time I figured it was a mistake but now with this happening again I was pretty disappointed. I dont think you should advertise 16oz when it only has 13oz in the jar. I have ordered shea butter from other suppliers and didnt have this issue. May be something worth looking into.

High quality butter
I've been using shea butter for awhile in my DIY body products and I periodically try different brands. This has got to be the softest and creamiest shea I've had and it basically has no smell I've been trying it as is on my hand and feet it melts in nicely and its not gritty. I can't wait to use it in my body butter and lip balm recipes.

Mixes well for massage therapists
I bought this after my local co-op started getting the raw instead of refined. I’m a massage therapist so scented products are always taken into consideration. I mix essential oils and add other types of creams with the shea butter. This mixed beautifully. It doesn't have a smell and leaves a silky feeling. Great for the glide and just tacky (not sticky) enough for grip. I’m bummed that it’s $15/lb seeing that I payed $9 for the one at the co-op. I’ll consider it for future purchase since it did so well.

Product melted in transit
I am sure this shea butter will still be great, but I picked this one due to the fact it was in chunks and that would be easier to use in my recipes. When I received it all of it melted to the side of the jar and solidified there which was very disappointing. I am still looking forward to using this but now I have a jar that is more than 50% empty.

Such a great mango butter!
This is a great source for good clean mango butter. Love the jar it comes in - its easy to seal. I use this for lotions and deodorants i make myself. I also use it alone as a moisturizer on my face. Its just that good for dry skin. Between this mango butter and aloe vera my 62 year old face is almost wrinkle free. Amazing stuff. I'm wondering what else i can use it for. Good vendor this.

Quality Went Way Downhill
The first time I ordered this this year. It was light in color and had no smell. Fantastic quality. I would give it the highest rating. I just ordered it in November 2020 and it is darker and has the smell of chocolate, which is specifically what I did not want. I really need this and am sad that the quality has gone down so bad. Don't know how I am going to source this. Will have to try another company.

Love plant therapy but order direct
I love love love Plant Therapy and is the only place I buy my oils but happen to buy this on Amazon and it came unsealed and shea butter was all over and lost quite a bit. I'm 1.5 hours away from anywhere so sending it back isnt feasible
