Although, I did find another product called Nutra Blast Feminine Balance Complex with the same ingredients for more than half the price as Dr. Tobias. I decided to get vH essentials Probiotics with Prebiotics and the vH Prebiotics Female Suppositories. I think this will pair better than the suggested product by Dr. Tobias. My symptoms decreased after the first day of using Candida FX Extra Strength, the bottle suggest 2 capsules every two days but I took it three times a day with food. The next morning a floodgate of tiny worms were released from my body, it looked like hundreds. True story, not a joke! I am not a paid person from Amazon, I am a real customer. Ladies, if you are having any yeast problems go with Dr. Tobias or the Nutra Blast Feminine Balance Complex. I didn't know about Nutra Blast at the time of purchase. I went with a trusted brand but the ingredients are identical.
