Well, it does what it says it does. It has limitations. The battery life is good, after several hours of use, the battery went down 30%. Reading 3-4 hours a day it should last 3 days, with the light low and wifi on part of the time. Screen is fairly clear. The hardest part was that it came with Russian language selected, and was tricky to find where to change it. Once done, I put in some reading material. Works great in direct sun (which is what I wanted). It does run some Android apps, but not all. Keep in mind, this is the Darwin 3, and the company is up to Darwin 7, so many of the software limitations are probably fixed in later models. One limitation is the wifi, not quick and easy to turn on or off. Booting from off is a bit slow, but waking from sleep is fast.

I Purchased this product since it could read pretty much anything. I have sadly had nothing but problems with it not wanting to start up since i have received it. I have not been able to use it as much as i would have liked since it would go to the screen saver and hang there. I would have to plug it into power most of the time to get it back to be able to use it. Once it was turned back on it would show half or more power in the battery. So until i got home it was useless and not the battery being dead. I was hoping it was just something that would be fixed in an update and now it will not do anything. I have contacted customer service for them so we will see how this goes. For the price of the unit i expected much more.
