Sticky
The staff at wolf make a great product. I've used a belt of there's for work everyday for years. It holds up and doesn't scratch cars. Now I used this to convert and battle belt from a rubber inner liner to a belt woven one. Works amazing. Negated my need for another war belt.

HOOK or LOOP
Make sure you are getting either the HOOK or the LOOP. I made that mistake. Luckly for me I had a strip of loop which was on both sides and it solved my problem.

Good belt
This under belt does what it’s intended for. Velcro holds like no other under belt I’ve used. Unfortunately it works too good that I have to return it. It may sound confusing of why I said it’s a great belt but I’m ended up returning it. These are the reasons for the return. It was super hard for me to adjust my belt due to the Velcro being really strong, I think if I went a size down it would’ve been better but for the recommended sizing it ran a bit too big. I use a Bianchi comfort duty belt that is specifically designed to attach to a hook and loop under belt. My duty belt attaches to the under belt and the stay is incredible. Only problem is adjusting it and removing it I have to use a little bit more force when doing so which was a bit inconvenient. I found that it was also a bit hard to attach my belt keepers to the under belt in comparison to my regular one that I usually use. Overall the belt is of amazing quality and the Velcro hold is super strong. Again it may work for someone who is looking for that specific hold but for me it created more of an inconvenience.

Wish it was stiffer
It’s a bit flimsy, needs more rigidity. If it’s not really tight on your waist, when you go to put on your duty belt it bends and curves and makes putting duty belt over it extremely hard.

Quality Inner belt
The belt is very comfortable and fits snugly on my waist. It is able to hold and stick onto my riggers belt, along with running Velcro attachments on the inner belt as well. Honestly, for the price and quality, this is a MUST-HAVE hidden gem. I've been using it every day in a high-tempo environment with no signs of wear and tear. You simply cannot go wrong.
