Very nice and helpful to my digestion.

I like this tea. I have used other domestic brands that are not bad and this is as good. The only difference is the tea bags do not have that tie string that you can hang outside over the cup and it makes it easy to get the tea bag out of the cup. So instead you have to use a spoon or fork to fish out the tea bag from the hot water. I found the tea soothing.

It is good tea. Very enjoyable - not sure its helping with weightloss or metabolism.

Brew to 212F for optimum taste. Does not taste like lemon though, but more like herb or grass. I’m only drinking it for the benefits. Received on 04/01/2025 and good until 01/20/2027. Compared to lemon balm tea found in common supermarkets it’s cheaper on Amazon.

This tea worked better when I first started using it. Maybe I shouldn't use every night

I am not a fan of herbal tea because I find there’s always a peculiar taste. But these teabags taste like the most smoothest cup of tea. I’m on my fifth order. Lovely before bed as you sleep much better having had a cup of this tea.

I don't find that it has any flavor so I add a mint tea bag as well. This way I get the benefits of lemon balm and good taste!

I love this tea! My usual brand was sold out so I bought this one. It's cheaper and tastes great.
