Square POS Register Hardware KIT- Stand for iPad 10.2" & 10.5", Chip Reader and Dock, USB Direct Thermal Printer Cash Drawer

I was so skeptical about buying something like this online. We just opened our freeze dried candy store and we needed something that took EVERY payment, this fit the bill. This takes all tap, samsung pay, google pay, apple pay, tap card, chip reader, swipe card and cash, you can even show a customer your venmo qr code from your ipad and boom, all payments all in one spot! I'm not exactly tech savvy but I'm not useless either and this was actually so simple. It's almost impossible to plug things in wrong. I set it up, downloaded square on the ipad we bought and we were ready to go. I've only had the chip reader disconnect once. The cash register and receipt printer are great, which I was worried about because they're not a square product. I'd definitely buy this set up again. It's cheaper here than it is on the website.

I have ordered this same product 4 times. It is our favorite POS system so we use it in all of our stores. However, two out of the four times we received our cash drawers shaken up so that they wouldn’t open. The reason it still gets 4 stars is because when I called the company they were immediately willing to send us a new one free of charge without hesitation. We just unscrewed the bottom of the drawer and fixed it instead. Super easy fix, one of the drawer inserts had just came loose and was jamming them shut. Outside of that 10/10 recommend this system! Not only is the POS super easy to use, convenient, and efficient, the square support team is amazing too. We have our own personal square rep to call or text anytime anything happens which I’ve only had to contact twice in the last 4 years, once for the drawer issue and the other time was a user error on an employees part. Love it!

This was advertised as a square stand for 10.2" to 10.5" iPad. The bundle delivered included a stand for a 9.7" iPad. Seller: I would like to exchange just the square stand and keep the cash drawer and printer. Would you be able to do that?
