Shop Vac 901-02 Filter Bags

Product arrived on time and in new condition. I have a 13 yr. old 3 gallon All Around Shopvac with a 7 amp. motor. It came with a thick foam filter that efficiently filtered both wet and dry particles. Unfortunately, it recently wore out, so I ordered a new foam filter as a replacement. When the new filter arrived it fit perfectly but was much thinner and more porous than the original. While it worked fine for wet pickup, it let small dry particles through to the point where the dirt/dust was exhausted into the room. The air was almost impossible to breathe. I then ordered this cloth filter to fit over the foam filter to rectify the problem. It arrived in a couple of days (Prime) and has worked well so far. No more dust storm inside the trailer. when I use my vac. The only negative thing is that this cloth filter is a really tight fit over the foam sleeve. I believe, however, that after some use the filter will stretch to the point where it will be easier to install and remove. All in all, a very effective filter for dry pickup with your older Shopvac

This review is for those looking for a filter bag that fits sears large shop vacs. (The Red line filters available from several sellers) I did get this over the filter with a lot of tugging but it is tight and only fits up to the very edge of where filter meets rubber edge. so it mostly does the job. Time will tell if bag slips down to expose top of filter.Hope this helps those in same situation.

Just what I needed to protect my vacuum.

WELL, apparently there are significantly different sizes. I use this in MY Shop Vac and compared to that foam sleeve that came with it... IT ROCKS. Easy on and off, easy to clean... I rise in the faucet, and depending on how gross a mess I cleaned up... sometimes wash in the machine with other rags. Love it.Bought this one for my brother in law, doesn't fit. Now how to find out the exact model of his and get the right one!! So, maybe a difficult item to buy as a gift. But a great item.

I use this Shop Vac 901-02 Dacron filter cloth bag over the ShopVac Foam Filter. It's reusable many times and washable. I own a chinchilla ranch, and chins need to bathe in dust to keep the oil from their fur clean. So along with a lot of dust from their pine bedding, and their bathing dust, and their waste matter, my Shop Vacs get really heavy work outs! I tried using the cloth filters  Shop-vac 901-07-19 Reusable Dry Filter  over the foam filters at first, but they're not cut out for heavy usage, probably only medium to light. See my review of the foam filter and those, too.If you have many pets or do woodworking, this is the perfect filtration system for you. You can even use the dry filters over the foam and under the cloth bag for a three stage filtration if needed.

seems well made, should last long time, price was fair

this saves me so much time - I do a lot with fine sawdust from my CNC and this helps with the vacuum clean out.

This filter bad was pretty snug around the elastic band. I was a little concerned I may not be able to get it on, but with a little elbow grease I got it. I'm sure it will wear with time as well. Great value, especially for a 2 pack.

Quedo perfecta para mi shop vac de 2.5 lts es original,es lavable y en la segunda foto se ve no tan blanca porque la probe en la aspiradora para ver si funcionaba igual y hasta siento que ahora absorbe más .

Funciona muy bien, se puede lavar, lastima que solo es para aspiradoras chicas, no le queda a las craftsman o rigid de filtro grande.

Fits my smaller shop vac just fine and is as advertised.
