quality check of the product before sending it in the market
purchased this voltage step down converter. It was delivered in time. However, on testing, I found that instead of giving desired output of 110 volts, it was giving only about 80 volts . I had no option but to return and try its replacement after receiving the same.

Product not working
This did not work as the flat pin plug on the American product did not get into this socket as it was very tight. While trying to return Amazon displayed option for replacement only and not refund. Trying to figure out how to get the refund or a similar product from another company

Beware of this product!
Purchased this to run my Integrated Amplifier (US Make) which is 110V, 120 W. Alas! Connected it and it blew my amplifier up.... The reason, it supplied higher voltage than the lebel. Will the manufacturer/marketing company reimburse the cost of my amplifier???

Poor Functionality
Did not have the current (Amperes) rating capacity as claimed by the manufacturer. It burnt on first usage on a 5Amp resistive load
