It tastes good, a bit too sweet, but good. I am very sensitive to ashwagandha (I think it's my autism because I'm way too sensitive to any psychotropic), so this was perfect for me to be able to just bite half and save the other for next day. Ashwagandha does help me calm my stress and anxiety. It helps me with my sleeps issues. It has worked better than all the meds I have tried, but keep in mind that it is recommended that one take breaks from it. After a while, I noticed that I was kinda groggy in the mornings and feeling a bit flat in the day. After a few days off of it, I was fine again; my sleep fragmented again, but I'm on vacation, so not as stressed out. It also slightly but noticeably increased my libido (I'm a guy).

I love the taste of these gummies and they really do make me calmer. I like to take in the evening to help me wind down. These are affordable and effective.

Great product but they all stick together. Needs a little silicone packet.

As some have reported, these came all entirely stuck together in one big mass. Both bottles. Worse, the bottle has a narrow opening so it is difficult to reach in to pull them out. Once I did that, if any touched each other, they just glued back together again! My previous brand, Vitafusion, are coated in sugar so they stay separate. I like Nature Made products generally, but these need a coating to keep them separate. I don't love the sugar on Vitafusion (would prefer none), but they gave me the idea to roll these in sugar, which worked well, leaving only a light dusting. Now they stay separate. But, since they are so tough to get out of the bottle, I don't think I would buy again unless they fix that. The taste and texture are ok; Vitafusion are a little better. But these have a higher ashwagandha dose and it is effective.

Very pleased with this brand's product. I was skeptical with this nutraceutical's efficacy. I am on my second refill. A wonderful transition into sleep.
