I purchased this timer to turn on and off my outdoor pond lights after the in-line electric eye for my new lights failed after the first rain shower. I installed this and it worked perfectly. I like the remote so I can turn it on from my back patio and enjoy the fish swimming around and then reset it easily to the time I want it to turn on and off. I have had this about a month during several rain storms and it still works properly. If you need an outdoor timer that appears to be weather resistant, I would highly recommend giving this one a try.

One of the best purchases I have made for the pool. I don’t need the pump running 24/7 but could never seem to remember to turn it off or on. This is a true set it and forget it!

i use it in my green house. easy to use and when i am in there when lights not on by timer its a single flip sitch to by-pass temporary.

Like so much stuff on Amazon, this is made of Chinesium. You won't find that on the product description, much to my chagrin. Yes, it's cheap. But will it last?I bought this to replace another timer I bought a couple of years ago that just quit working. The gears that turned on and off wore out. It wasn't even that old. Just cheap Chinese junk.This one looks to be more of the same. We will see. Caveat Emptor.I do wonder what the tariffs will do to the whole business model. I do wish Amazon would clearly label the country of origin of its merchandise.

Works perfectly! I have been using it to go off intermittently with a reptile lamp to mimic the sun.
