So this is my second review that I find more important to post than the first! I had to stop taking the product because I started getting stomach issues and nausea either during the workout or immediately after. I noticed this after a few days of taking this.I thought maybe just an upset stomach but noticed it was always after I took the product. I even lessened the scoop and increased the water. Still the same thing. I actually liked the product enough to try and tough out a second jar but nope!! Had to give it away. The nausea and pain would always kick in mid workout or immediately after which is unfortunate because the powder does work. As soon as I stopped using it, no more nausea.

I wake up at 5:30 to be at crossfit at 6am. If you dont mind an emergency explosive dump pre or mid work out, it does the trick to wake you up.Maybe it would be fine later in the day on a full stomach but definitely not buying this again.

I love this stuff. Only preworkout I take. I don’t even need a full scoop. If I take a full scoop I have to stay in the gym until it’s completely out of my system. Going home still amped up you will barely get any sleep. My only negative is keep this at home if it gets any moisture in it it will clump up bad. Also be careful when you open the container this stuff makes a lot of dust.

Flavor is good. Will get again.Update: I’ve since bought this pre workout multiple times. It has the right ingredients for my liking to make for an energy-rich and long lasting exercise. I especially like the flavor- it tastes like Pez candies imo.

It helps me very well on my long ride to prevent cramps in my legs and boots performance on my ride.

Normally get it from the actually website, tried it from amazon this time and it’s bad. No kick, pretty sure it’s old product. Never again. Sadly.
