Good product. Stays cold for like 4 or 5 hours after freezing. I just wish that the ice pack that slips inside of pocket area was bigger and covered more area

This is a game changer! I’m Just mad I hadn’t found this before! Helps tremendously with my hip pain! Perfect size, will fit almost anyone, can wear on either side, they sent a extra strap with Velcro on each end to extend the waist or leg to fit comfortably! The ice pack is very very cold, no leakage and stays cold for a long time. When I wear this one out I will definitely purchase another! Price well and works great!

This hip/hamstring support is exactly what I needed. Supports both my spondylisthesis and my pulled hamstring under my jeans so it doesn’t even show. It’s helping tremendously during my packing and moving process. It’s soft, Velcro holds it in place perfectly. Only thing that could have been better was if the delivery person would have delivered it to my house instead of a neighbor’s. The cold pack is huge and I think it would be too heave for me to wear but it’s very nice.

Took 2 of us to get it on me because the gel pack has a gravity issue. It all falls in a bunch at the bottom of the gel pack holding area so one person has to hold the pack in place until the other person can secure the velcro tightly enough it doesn't settle to the bottom. I guess this wouldn't be an issue if using it frozen but I wanted to use it heated. I may try it frozen and love it that way but heated gravity works against it. It came with a nice zipper bag that looks like a shine garment bag to put it in when freezing. That's something I suppose. I gave it 3 stars because it's not the worst think I ever bought it offers compression and that's satisfying. The concept is great but this particular one has it's flaws. Also it has not slipped in moving around with it.

I got this for bursitis, it worked great. It’s large and it was easy to put on, then if needed I would use it for my back as well. I then gave it to someone who needed it more and I tried another one, a bit smaller. I liked this better as easier to put on and stay on and can use for a larger area. I’ll go back to getting this one instead.

I absolutely love this thing! The Velcro is so good that I’d consider putting money on it in the ring. It puts up quite a fight and keeps my leg and hip feeling secure. I also started using the two removable straps to adjust to nearly any large part of my body. It’s helped with my calf, knee, thigh, hip, glutes, lower back, and period cramps in just the short time I’ve had it. Cannot recommend more for it’s versatility and the quality of the heat/ice pack.

Buen producto y útil . Sirve igual caliente o frío, aunque en caliente no se conserva tanto tiempo .

Para usar como compresa de calor está esta es muy pesada y cuelga dentro de la bolsa por lo que no cubre toda la zona
