Damaged items
We are building a new home and the contractor instructed me to start purchasing all my appliances. By the time the dishwasher got unpacked by installers my warranty time had run out. The door on the dishwasher was bent and there was no way it would seal. There was also a large dent on the side of the stove, this will be hidden due to the cabinets, but still very disappointing. We have no idea when this happened if it was during packing at company or their shippers. Not happy and unable to get a response. All I get is warranty is out. I am adding to this review, that I have been contacted by company. They have already sent me a new side panel for my stove and out of good faith have offered to replace the dishwasher. I am impressed with this company as they certainly did not have to do this. I would purchase from them again. I will leave one star off just because of my original experience and recommend that if you purchase these items or there fore any items like these from any company you unpack and inspect. We did not and should haves this was our fault. But this company stood by their product and I would highly recommend. thank you

I’ve had all 3 for over a year, and so far so good!! I highly recommend the THOR BRAND, I was skeptical at first and waited a whole year before writing this review, phenomenal to say to the least, my only dislike was I had to have my range hood shroud customized...
