Great product, it tastes nice, works well and gives me energy

I looked at many products and am very happy I chose this one. Great flavour. Much easier to take than tablets.

On the sour side, impossible to keep below tongue for 20 whole seconds without salivating.l and having to swallow. But overall it’s working okay. The downside is the dropper it never fills properly so I’m finding accurate dosing difficult.

I started using this B12 liquid to help with low energy and brain fog and I’ve noticed a difference. I feel more alert and focused. I usually add it into my orange juice once a week, which works well for me.

I researched B12 supplements extensively before concluding that these would be ideal. I don't eat meat so am prone to not getting enough B12 through diet alone and it's also a common vitamin for menopausal women to be short of as well. If you're not getting enough B12 it can lead to tiredness and low mood but I took it to see if it would help with pins and needles in my hands on the recommendation of a massage therapist. These drops are very easy to take and taste really sweet and fruity - like blackcurrant squash. You just drop them under your tongue and leave them there a bit before swallowing. As they're so tasty, it's a much nicer experience than swallowing a tablet and you know it's getting into your bloodstream much faster. My symptoms have reduced since taking it and I also feel less tired.

My daughter decided to stop her b12 shots and try these drops instead. She has blood tests every 3 months and these drops have put her near the top of the range she should be in. Very impressed.
