So far working great!
Coming from an 80gal indoor tank heater that ruptured at it's end of life, instantly releasing all it's water volume flooding my kitchen and laundry room. I decided to go with an outdoor tankless this go around. I'm so done with tank heaters! As a bonus it freed up a bit of space. It's been up 5 days now and so far working great. Very easy install by myself as the unit is just 60lbs. I was concerned about my propane supply as it was just a 1/2" line from the tank, but worked fine just stepping up to 3/4" with an adapter from the pipe.I have yet to try the built in recirculation pump and I currently have the service disabled in the setup perimeters "04a". I'll be overhauling my old home plumbing within a year and will run a dedicated line at that point.I am on well water so I installed an inline sediment prefilter to hopefully help cut back of scale build up. So I'll be doing flushes every 6 months. Probably overkill, but I'd rather err on the side of caution with this investment.I'll update as time goes on, but loving it so far!

First look review and description
The installation was evenly easy with few parts needed to complete (propane adapter, condensate adapter and hose, lower h2o shut off). The water heats relatively quick 20-30 seconds to kitchen sink 10 feet away and about one minute to the shower 40 feet away. It doesn't drop pressure or temp so far but does take about 2-3 minutes to reach 120 at distance. The only gripe I have is when power is lost to the system it reverts back to 104 degree and needs to have the front cover removed to set the temp back to 120 degrees. While this isn't a deal breaker it is kind of a thing as over time the screws holding the face cover on may strip and cover will eventually have scratches and damage from repeated removal and such not to mention the time to make the change. As I have more experience with this unit I may leave some additional reviews but so far it works perfectly! I initially bought the Rinnai rsc199eP for $2019.00 and one day later it went on sale for $1680.00, amazon wouldn't honor the price difference so I cancelled the order and reordered it thus having to refuse the first purchase and let amazon drivers return it and wait an additional few days for the less expensive one to arrive. I have this attached to a 100lb upright propane cylinder that I take in to fill on occasion. So far I would very highly recommend this unit!
