Another great product from Meross. I have a number of Meross products now, this is the latest to join my collection.I have to say, they are really easy to set-up, the instructions in the Meross phone app are perfect to guide you through the installation.They work as expected for brightness, on a par with the Phillips Hue bulbs which I also have. They are not quite as bright as the LifX Wi-Fi bulbs, but then they cost about one third of the price and you get two bulbs for that!Another great attribute is the shape. They are very close to the size and shape bulbs we have all been used to, unlike some other brands.I do like the way these Meross bulbs go through a colour change after finishing connecting; it’s cute.You will notice I have given 4 stars, not 5. The only thing that lets them down for me is the controllability in the app. Don’t get me wrong, you can do everything you need to, it’s just not as refined as something like Philips Hue. To be honest, it’s not going to matter much as you will likely just control them with you home AI device, which works brilliantly.In short. For the price they are, it’s an absolute bargain. If you are looking to start getting some funky colour lights that you can play with and don’t have a lot to spend, then do consider these. They are high quality and very inexpensive for what you get.Have fun!

I love these bulbs they work well with Apple Home and Alexa and also in HomeAssistant if you use HACS. Very well priced and reliable

The bulb served me well for over a year but unfortunately it then randomly stopped working. I contacted support and they got back to me as soon as possible requesting a few extra details (a video and shipping address) but have now sent out a replacement in record time. Thank you a lot Meross, I really like the product and I’m glad you’re honouring your warranty.

Doesn’t seem to work very well with Apple’s adaptive lighting feature. It seems to ‘forget’ to change colour.Manual adjustments work fine though. This is my first foray into smart lighting so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I won’t be buying any more from this brand.

All our smart bulbs are Meross and they’ve been great over the years. It came time to swap out our Kitchen bulb with a newer version and setting these up and connecting to Alexa and Apple Home Hub is straightforward and super easy.This bulb did have a hardware problem about a month after being delivered (which was a first) but Meross agreed to swap it out straight away as it comes with a 2 year guarantee. Really happy with the customer service and product.

I had a really frustrating experience with the Merross Light Bulb. The setup was a nightmare. I had to connect it to HomeKit first, but when that didn’t work, I couldn’t connect it to anything else. It seemed like the bulb was locked into HomeKit, and there was no way to bypass it or use it with any other platform without going through HomeKit first.This was a huge inconvenience and made the light bulb nearly impossible to use as I wanted. Overall, it was a disappointing purchase, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.1 star – Complete hassle to set up, and ultimately useless without HomeKit.
