This gel nail product is fantastic for at-home manicures. The consistency is thick and easy to control, which makes application much less messy compared to traditional liquid gels. These are extremely comfortable I’ve got the small size they stay on my nails really well I have narrow nails and these fit me so perfectly. I use an extra strong superglue because that is the key to long lasting nails is getting an extra strong superglue not a nail glue. They usually say on two weeks with superglue. These nails are not thin and they do not break, think of kiss snails these are the same thickness as kiss nails without the polish. You have to do the polish yourself but what I use as a Sally Hanson miracle gel because you do not need a light, you just do two coats of the miracle gel nail polish and then you do her same topcoat and you’re good to go. This is the first day after putting the nail gel on so it looks a bit ghetto until everything washes off my fingers so disregard that but once they’re all cleaned up they look amazing. These are the short coffin shaped, and as you can see they’re actually pretty long, so if you wanted short nails you might have to try the extra small, but these were actually the perfect length for what I wanted and I have to use my cell phone, and I have to type a lot for my job but I can do all of that without majorly dysfunctional hands.

Wow! My daughter has been asking me to do “gel x” nails on her, and I was completely clueless about what she meant. After some digging around online, I discovered that “gel x” involves using UV gel glue to attach the nails. Let me tell you, the price was unbeatable! I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the whole setup was. It felt like a real steal. Two weeks ago, I finally got around to doing my daughter’s nails, and I have to say, the results were impressive. For the most part, the nails have stayed put, which is a huge improvement over the classic nail glue I used to use. That stuff barely lasted two days, but these gel x nails have held up remarkably well. Of course, my daughter did pop a couple of nails off, but we were able to easily reapply them. This is still a massive upgrade from my previous experiences. I’m really impressed with the quality and durability of the UNA GELLA set. If you’re looking for a way to give your nails a salon-quality finish at home, I would highly recommend giving this product a try. It’s definitely worth the investment, and I’m sure you’ll be as pleased with the results as I am!

I love this brand. ALL their nails have been really nice so far. They are sturdy, the shapes are really nice, they hold UV gel color really well, MOST of the time. They don't have super rounded nail beds, which makes most press-ons difficult for me to wear without a ton of glue, or sore fingers. My nails are pretty flat, so these work nicely due to shape and flexability. The short lengths are longer than you think. I got a medium coffin and I can only wear it with temporary glue and for special occasions. They are way too long. But the SHORTS are the perfect length for long-wear. OKAY BUT: The short squares are the worst representation of this brand though. The shorts are too long, they are flimsy and break WAY too easily, and the worst part is that they are too smooth and color peels right off them. Don't buy the squares. But the rest have been pretty good for me.

This brand is definitely the best I’ve used!! I’ve purchased the full cover tips and the half cover tips and love both! I’ve applied just gel polish, acrylic, and builder gel to them and they don’t chip or break when I use my electric file on them, and if I need to reshape or shorten they file down fairly easy, great quality and super durable even with just polish, my nails last me up to a month if not longer when I’m to busy to redo them! I started first with the short almond tips, and rebought those multiple times, I’ve now tried the full cover medium square, and these- which are the full cover short almond, and extra short almond and I’ve loved the shapes of them all! They have a good size variety, and if I’m running out of a needed size I size up to the next one and I’m able to file it down to fit my nail bed perfectly! I prefer these over any other brand I’ve used! The textured inside of the nail does great for adhesion, other brands I’ve used in the past that had the textured inside I’d still have to buff them to create more texture, I don’t have to do that with these!! The color of these are super clear, so depending on what type of glue used may show through a bit if no acrylic or builder gel is applied on top and are using an opaque polish, I use normal air dry nail glue and have never had a problem with them popping off or not lasting for a long time! This is my go to brand for false nail covers/tips, and will be as long as I’m doing my nails! Definitely 10/10 recommend!

I purchased the small almond and small coffin along with the non-UV/LED glue. Since I'm a first timer, I decided not to do anything to my nails aside from clipping and pushing/cutting the cuticles. That way, I could text the strength of the glue without damaging my own nails. I also want to see how long they last if I don't do much prep work to my nails. So far, the nails have stayed on like regular acrylic and gel-x nails from a salon. The tip/nails provided are still long in length (as mentioned in many reviews) but it was easy to file them down and re-shape if needed so in a way, it's better for them be longer and file down as needed than super short. The look is sleek and honestly looks like my own nails. I used regular polish (as a test) and it applied easily. I think the quality of the nails and the glue has been amazing and easy to work with. I have yet to see how long they last but honestly for the amount of tips and for how easy and quick it was to apply them, I could easily do this every week and I have 2 little kids so that says a lot about time and ease. If you get any of the glue on you, it comes off easily with 100% acetone and does not burn the skin. Very satisfied with my Una Gella purchase and highly recommend.

see photos for reaction of thin nails versus strong nails: this glue gel works really well for clients who struggle with retention, especially if their nails tend to sweat more or hold moisture, or if they have thicker nail beds. it keeps sets on super secure and lasts a long time. for me though, with thinner and shorter nail beds, it was a bit too intense. removal was extremely difficult, the hardest ive ever dealt with. soaking took forever and it barely wanted to break down. i ended up with irritation that felt like contact dermatitis. to be fair, that could have been a mix of the product being so strong and me over filing my nails during prep and removal, so definitely some user error there too. overall its amazing for certain nail types but not one size fits all. id just be more cautious using it on thinner nails or anyone who might be more sensitive.

These nails are everything I wanted and I had to get more. I ordered the medium square tips, I applied them at the cuticle (different glue) and trimmed the nails right under the number on the back. They are flexible and easy to trim without cracking or slivering and they flex to fit my nail beds perfectly. That being said- I only had to trim the thumb nail to fit because the range of sizes fit the rest correctly. I buffed them and used gel polish to color and top them after gluing and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of these press-ons. I’m cooking, cleaning, bumping into things daily. This length in press-ons usually break before my glue gives up but I can confidently wear these for weeks without waiting for that painful moment. Strong enough to wear like salon manicures, cheap enough to do a fresh set before it’s needed. I’m no professional but for DIY nails I am in LOVE.
