Simple. Single guy. Two vehicles. Set this up this from the 2-pack with a transponder on both key rings. Cell phone alarms when I walked to curbside mailbox with box key attached to car keys...without phone in hand. Then I tested the same trip with one set of keys and phone alarms again that I've left other set behind? One CAN disable the alarm on either transponder...EVERY time I decide to use a different car?!!! Bottom line: Link your phone to 1 transponder and both MUST accompany you everywhere beyond 20 yards or alarm will sound. Multiply this annoyance by the number of transponders you link to your phone....unless you're obsessive enough to turn each one on/off with every single use. VERY, very limited in modern day applications. Lastly, the location aspect of the APP devours phone battery life at an astonishing rate. 3 Stars because item did work as advertised; satisfactory.

After reading the reviews of ALL of these items decided on this one as it had the highest db and the reviews were good. This is an outstanding product. I was not able to rate the battery life as we just received yesterday. This exceeds our expectations. Easy to setup. Terrific distance at least 100 feet inside the house through 4 walls. Haven't tried further as did not find a need. We can hear the alarm through the 4 walls inside a purse. I would highly recommend and will be purchasing more for gifts.

If you use them to find your keys, they kind of work, but you have to re pair them. So you need your phone. If you are trying to find you phone, and they have come un paired, you're out of luck which is why they get two stars. Also, if you are older and loose your phone you also might be a bit deaf...so good luck hearing the tone on the finder unit.

I’m constantly misplacing my keys so this seemed to be the answer. I’m finding I still have to hunt high and low for them because the “ alarm “ Is so weak it is barely audible unless your standing within a few feet. Another draw back is that if you are a guy and carry your keys In your pocket, just sitting down will squeeze the transponder and activate a powerful alarm to your cell phone consistently. Too loud on one end and too weak on the other.

I got this because the reviews appeared better than the new tile with replaceable battery. I loved my Tile but was looking for something with a replacement battery. This has terrible range and only works part of the time. I can be right next to my keys and it won’t work, and vice versa. Or when calling my phone it will not always override the silent mode like it should. I have checked and double checked settings and battery life and it still is completely unreliable and has been from the time I got it. Very disappointed.

Husband was always misplacing his wallet. Untell i purchased this fun a device, never again will he miss place his phone keys or wallet. Connects to your smartphone easy to install app. Highly recommend for those forgetful people in your life.

I definitely like the replaceable batteries in these. These key finders have already saved my morning several times when my youngest son has decided to hide my keys or my badge for work. I can quickly use the app on my phone to connect to a "finder" and cause it to beep. I definitely like the peace of mind knowing that I'll be able to quickly find my stuff when I'm rushing out the door in the morning.

Twice I have recently dropped my keys while shopping. This is the best solution to finding things when it is a critical situation. New to the area, I have no friends or relatives to call for assistance so this little chip may become my BFF.

An sich ein tolles Produkt. Leider kam bei mir das Gerät direkt mit beinahe leerer Batterie an. Diese neigt sich dem Ende zu und muss deshalb wohl demnächst ausgetauscht werden.Auch hatte der Tracker 1-2 ganz kleine Kratzer, man könnte also wenn man böswillig wäre unterstellen dass er schon gebraucht war.Das tut jedoch der Funktion keinen Abbruch. Habe ihn in meinem Space Wallet/ Geldbeutel im Münzfach. Da könnte er ein wenig lauter sein, aber alles vollkommen im Rahmen.Die 2 Sterne ziehe ich nur aufgrund der Kratzer und der schon beinahe leeren Batterie ab, die ich in naher Zukunft wechseln muss.Edit:Mich hat einige Tage nach dieser Rezenssion ein Brief mit einer handgeschriebenen Notiz und einem neuen Finder erreicht. Diese Kritik wurde gelesen und mir, um mich 100% zufrieden zu stellen, ein neuer Finder zugeschickt.Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet aber für diesen Service absolut verdient 5*!

It’s designed to help you find your keys, but what I really like is that it doubles up as a phone finder.If you click the Bluetooth button on the finder itself, it rings your phone; if you lose your keys, use the app on your phone to trigger the alarm function on your finder. (Of course, you can attach it to anything you want, really, providing you can hook it onto the product itself).I’m finding it much more effective overall than the Tile Mate, which only seems to work half of the time in my experience. I gave it a test-run when I received it by putting my keys in the attic and triggering the alarm from the ground floor – I could hear it easily.It’s a sealed, compact, lightweight dongle that runs off C2032 batteries, which are as cheap as chips, and the battery seems to be lasting forever. It comes with a small bit of plastic (which looks like a guitar plectrum) that helps you open the battery pack, which is pretty thoughtful.Overall, it’s easy to use – it takes you through the steps at the beginning, and after that, it’s user-friendly.

Die Verarbeitung sowohl des Finders als auch der Lederhülle macht einen soliden und guten Eindruck. Die Qualität der Lederhülle ist allerdings beim genauen Hinschauen dürftig. Innen löst es bei mir schon an der Verklebung.Die App-Installation und die Anbindung des Finders war problemlos möglich. Die Menueführung ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich setze den Finder wirklich nur als Finder ein. Das Heißt, wenn der Schlüssel irgendwo in der Wohnung liegt und ich ihn mit dem Handy suchen will.Und genau hier fangen die Probleme an. Die Reichweite von Bluetooth ist begrenzt. Im Nachbarraum (stabiler Altbau) wird es schon knapp und die Verbindung geht ab und zu verloren. Über zwei Etagen dann logischerweise gar keine Verbindung mehr.So schön, wie die Lederhülle aussieht, leider dämpft sie auch die Lautstärke ganz beträchtlich. Schade, die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung läßt noch viel Luft nach oben zur Verbesserung.Nachtrag 06.04.18: Technisch bleibe ich bei meinen Angaben. Allerdings ist der Service des Verkäufers sehr sehr zu loben. Allein auf Grund meiner Produktbewertung hier wurde angeboten, das leicht fehlerhafte Lederhülle zu wechseln. Die neue Hülle ist schon da und qualitativ besser. Sehr empfehlenswerter Service.

Tatsächlich ist dieses Produkt lauter als die älteren Modelle. Allerdings: in einem Portmonee, welches z.B. In einer Jackentasche steckt, hört man nur ein sehr leises Geräusch. Für jemanden mit Hörproblemen ist das sehr schwierig.Nach drei Monaten hat bei mir der Piezo Summer im Gerät ganz aufgehört sich zu melden. Batterie ist frisch, optisches Signal funktioniert genauso, wie der Anruf des Finders zum Handy...Update: Das defekte Gerät wurde - aufgrund meiner Rezension hier - sofort durch ein neues ersetzt. Dieses Funktioniert bislang einwandfrei.Sollte sich die ändern, werde ich hier berichten.Freundlicher Service!Daher habe ich die Bewertung auf 4 Sterne erhöht.
