I had high hopes, unfortunately this just didnt work. You really need to use this wet, pull the skin taut to even get it to work. And then it basically sands your hair off and your skin. If you have sensitive skin or are older with skin laxity the DO NOT USE, it will cause small sores and really disturb your skin barrier.Delivery was quick and efficient, the product was as described and quite good quality. Instructions are terrible and I have no issues based on the delivery, the service or the actual product, it just doesnt work or you need to be a nubile waif with no freckles or bumps on your skin..otherwise you will end up looking like scary covered in scabs!

It was an overall sad purchase. Did nothing for me.

Ordered for my wife. But unfortunately. Her hair still not long enough to get in the grip of the crystals. but it woks fine on my hair. Had to rub in a speed face 1st then speed up. In a circular motion. I tried on my arm & leg so far. No itching or irritation.

Have rashes n bruises on hand after use

It can be bought as binge shopping but not that practical as it wastes more time than actually work
