HP 247 G8 Ryzen 3 Quad Core - (AMD, 8 GB/512 GB SSD/DOS) 6B5R3PA#ACJ Notebook 14 inch (35 cm) Black

This review is after 2months of usage. I am student and i needed performace on a budget price, i found that laptops without os comes on a great price and it surely did. Ryzen 3 5500u's performace is somewhat equal to i5 10th gen so i am very happy with performace there are no lags and stutters. Storage speed and size is awesome. Ram is also fast 3000 - 3200mhz i think. I use zorin os which is free and a great alternative to windows plus it is more resource efficient that allows for even better performance than windows. Webcam is typical laptop one barely gets the job done. The display is below average not recommended for watching content but for work it gets the job done. Finally build, its is light weight and plastic made i.e. is sturdy enough to with stand some light blows i think. Great laptop worth buying

Came with Free DOS and did a clean install with Windows 10.Have a small issue with a driver which shows up as unknown. Even the warranty shows as 6 months only.As shown in the image it does not have an SDCard slot, other ports are present.Got only the laptop and the power cable, no warranty cards nothing. So am not sure whether I got a new unit or not.Performance wise boots within 10 seconds. Was able to install drivers after visiting HP and AMD site allowing their software to do the automatic installation. Even installed free software like Paint.net, Libre Office, Sumatra PDF, 7Zip and a few more still boots within 10 seconds.AMD processors are supposed to run hot. But in my case it went upto 49°C only while using for document and pictures editing. That's OK for me as my older AMD A9 processor used to get hot at 80°C for the same work.Happy with the performance, but not happy with the warranty and driver issue.Warranty issue solved, now updated to 1 year.Auto updated to Windows 11, all works well, except the driver issue, which is still not resolved.

This is awesome, 5300U work perfect even it can handle photoshop. Battery life is average, screen quality is average, keyboard quality is better than previous generation. Excellent for work purpose and not suitable for media consumption. I had purchased this for my office work

product quality is worst and performance is very poor. customer support is very bad and not provide solution.

The media could not be loaded.  इस लैपटॉप की दो प्लस पॉइंट है पहला , लैपटॉप हल्का और पतला है, दूसरा इसका प्रोसेसर बढ़िया है बाकी सब कुछ सामान्य है, कीबोर्ड ठीक है, backlit keyboard नही है,विंडोज 11 इनस्टॉल कर सकते है , लैपटॉप विंडोज 11 को सपोर्ट करता है, माउस पैड बढ़िया है,मैंने कई वेबसाइट पर जाकर दोनो, ryzen 5300u, i3 11005g 11th जनरेशन , दोनो को compare किया, ryzen3 5300u 4 कोर का जबकि i3 11005G 2 कोर का प्रोसेसर है इस मामले में ryzen3 5300 ज्यादा बढ़िया है। इसकी रेटिंग ज्यादा है। Hp का ड्राइवर इनस्टॉल करने पर साउंड की क्वालिटी अछी है ।बिना नेट ड्राइवर इनस्टॉल किये वाई फाई काम नही करता सो पहली बार डेटा केबल के द्वारा या नेट कनेक्टर के द्वारा ही इनटरनेट कनेक्ट करना होगा , सुरु में नेट स्पीड कम रहता है लेकिन ड्राइवर इनस्टॉल होने के बाद स्पीड सही होता जाता है, बिना ड्राइवर इनस्टॉल के wifi डेड ही रहता है।लैपटॉप के हार्डवेयर की स्थितिइसमें सिर्फ 2 usb पोर्ट, 1 hdmi, और 1 usb C टाइप पोर्ट है , मेमोरी कार्ड रीडर नही है, जबकि पिक्चर में SD कार्ड रीडर भी दिखाई देता है, डिस्क्रिप्शन में 3 usb पोर्ट लिखा हुवा है जबकि लैपटॉप में 2 usb पोर्ट है वो भी usb2 है या 3 पता नही चलता , पोर्ट की क्वालिटी भी चीप है। लैपटॉप की स्क्रीन क्वालिटी सामान्य है।लैपटॉप में DOS प्रीलोडेड है जो किसी काम का नही होता, जिनको OS इंस्टॉल करने की जानकारी नही है उनको लैपटॉप में OS अलग से इनस्टॉल करवाना होगा ऐसे में अगर आप मार्किट में जाकर OS डलवाएँगे 500 से 1000 रुपये खर्च करना पड़ेगा,लैपटॉप प्लास्टिक बॉडी है , लेकिन आकर्षक है। लैपटॉप सिर्फ UEFI बूट को सपोर्ट करता है(OS इनस्टॉल)। BIOS अपडेट , और HP के वेबसाइट पर जाकर हार्डवेयर ड्राइवर डाउनलोड करके इंस्टाल करने पर ही wifi और hotspot काम करेगा । इस लैपटॉप को जब hp के वेबसाइट पर जाकर रजिस्टर किया तो मुझे 7 महीने इसकी वारंटी बची हुई है यही शो कर रहा है। कुल मिलाकर मेरा अनुभव यही है कि इससे कोई गेम नही खेल सकते, लेकिन माइक्रोसॉफ्ट आफिस का काम , पढ़ाई जैसे प्रोग्रामिंग , ऑनलाइन कोर्स की क्लासेज, फोटो एडिटिंग , वगैरह कर सकते है । प्रोसेसर बढ़िया होने के कारण लैपटॉप hang या लेग नही करता, लैपटॉप बढ़िया है , इस रेट में 8GB RAM, qurard कोर प्रोसेसर का लैपटॉप मिलना कठिन है।आज 23 अक्टूबर को लेकर नई जानकारी शेयर कर रहा हूँलैपटॉप बढ़िया काम कर रहा है, HP के वेबसाइट पर विंडोज 10 का ग्राफ़िक्स ड्राइवर नही है, सो आपके पास 2 विकल्प होते है , पहला की आप विंडोज अपडेट करते समय जो ग्राफ़िक्स ड्राइवर इनस्टॉल होता है उसी का इस्तेमाल करे ,दूसरा आप AMD के वेबसाइट से ड्राइवर डाउनलोड करे ,AMD का ड्राइवर विंडोज के ड्राइवर से काफी अच्छा है , इसीलिए AMD के वेबसाइट का ड्राइवर इस्तेमाल करे तो बेहतर होगा।

No other laptop at below 27k provide this type of performance.you will not get Ryzen 3 5300u at this price. The only con is its HD display. Other than that it's excellent.

It Beats all the mid range laptops below 40k and ryzon is also powerful processor and it works pretty good than Intel i3.Audio is good. As it has 8gb ram and 512gb ssd, it boots in 10sec only. Works very smoothly for daily regular activities.I am very thankful to Amazon.

Warranty is just 7 Months instead of 1 Year. HP resolved after 3 weeks. No doubt on the performance in par with i3 11th gen, the screen colour reproduction is not good for images but It is okay for text and reading. You don't get any laptop at this price for Amd Ryzen 3 5300
