Leadership Roles and Management Functions in Nursing: Theory and Application 9th Edition

I rented this because it was required for a class. It was not a bad read, and the authors did a good job of making some of the material, which could be dry, understandable. I think this book should be required reading for healthcare managers as it gives a wealth of information on how to manage people in the best way possible with plenty of examples and exercises.

I purchased this book for one of my classes for BSN degree. This book was very informative, I will use it as a reference in the future.

The book I received was exactly what I ordered. However this content, which is not Amazon’s fault, it’s the worst.

Book was distractingly tabbed from last user. Back cover sliced. Papers left inside book. Had to clean out everything before I was able to use it without all the mess.

Great condition. The content didn't fit well with my class, but that would be the professor's fault.
