Just got this thing and so far it's exceeded my expectations. It's really solid, especially for the price since it's gone way down. I have a gig with it tomorrow so will battle test it. As for now, it actually holds my 15" Macbook Pro really well which is an added bonus for the times I don't want to bring my RMX-1000 to a show and don't feel like lugging the Ultimate Support Hyperstation. That thing is a heavy clunky beast. This is a great dual-purpose stand though. I'd imagine it'll hold any laptop or small MIDI controller. It has limited adjustability as far as the angles go. You can lock it into a few different angles which also affects the leg spread and overall height so keep that in mind. The flatter the angle, the wider the legs spread.

Yet another quality Pioneer product
Great quality stand. Feels solid. Doesn't move around when I play with the ddj-sp1.Expensive, but it does it's job and can even transform into a laptop stand with an included attachment
