I purchased this to use as a center finder for wood turning. It does that job very well and I'm finding additional uses as well, for example, I also use it as a compass for other wood work. The tool has held up well with heavy use and doesn't suffer from a user tendency to just leave it laying on the workbench. Well made, easy to use, and functional.

Needed this template to make accurate angles in producing jewelry.

I have a Compass and it works for most things. This is much faster for rounding corners. But where it really shines is when using on almost round items. Say you have a log and need to turn it. It is really nice to just lay this on top and see where round is. Actually use it more than I thought I would.

Easy to use, like that it's clear. I wish the holes were a little bigger. A dull pencil won't fit through the tiny holes to draw a circle if that's any indication of how small the holes are. The center hole is perfect. I use it for marking out wood blanks for wood turning. Many blanks I have waxed already and I use a sharpie, so a sharpie won't fit either. But nevertheless, It's easier than a compass which is what I used to use.

Is fun accurate and so useful....I place it on my tree trunk in my workshop..I placed a nail on it that I can remove any time I need to remove my drawing ..cirles are perfectly accomplished wether it be to make a ring a bracelet or a dreamcatcher. Or just a perfect circle any size ..this is a great way. Makes layout on irregular circles incredibly easy and much faster! Product is nice.

This item does what it’s supposed to - helps you find the center. To be honest, it would probably be very easy (and cheaper) to make your own, but this was an easy way out for me. It is quite rigid and the fact it’s acrylic makes it easy to see through to center up your material.
