WORKS BUT NEED TO TRIM TO FIT
Needed to replace a leaky oem upper radiator hose on an is300 so bought this. As suspected, needs to trim to fit since this fits other cars too. Also need to get a set of hose clamps as the black oem clamps are too small for the hose. Good price cant complain... 5 stars

A great hose with the right geometry for the Lexus IS300 You will need to shorten it a little though
I just installed a new radiator and put this hose on. The hose is a little longer than the hose it replaced, but the angles are correct. I had a PVC Pipe cutter and so I cut down one end of this hose and it fits perfectly.

Easy fit and super fast shipping!
It was a little over a half inch too long so it created a kink. I just simply gave it a clean cut to shorten the hose and it works excellent, no leaks or kinks at all. Gates has always been reliable for me. Definitely would buy again when needed.

It's supposed to be long.
I saw a few reviews about this being too long. It's supposed to be long because depending on your radiator thickness the coolant necks may be farther apart than OEM. Coolant hoses can be cut to size without any issue. Also it works as it should.

This hose is almost 1” longer compare to OEM. After cutting it, I was able to fit it in

Too long
Hose was too long for my 2001 Lexus is300 and had to be cut so that it would not kink. I purchased this gates hose because I’ve generally found gates to be of good quality, but they missed on this one.
