Cheap flimsy plastic product.
This cookie cutter is garbage. The plastic is too thick along the cut line and just smashes the dough down instead of cutting it cleanly, but that's the least of the issues. The middle of the "Kappa" is so thin that the cookies will absolutely break no matter the dough used. I tried both sugar cookie dough as well as a tougher gingerbread dough and both were WAY more difficult to cut out considering it was an $8 cookie cutter. I will be returning the set.

This rendition of the Greek alphabet, sigma is adequate in size and shape to make a replica without fear of it being so narrow in places to make it usuable.
