I am so upset! The product description clearly states that the blender is 220-240 volt. Exactly what I needed for use outside of the US. Well, the blender arrived and its 120 volts with a US plug. This makes it completely unusable for me. Not at all as described! Seller, please come back to me with a solution on how to rectify the situation.

I love this machine but a small piece under the jar split on two, the black coppler. I tried to found this part but its impossible. It does not work without this part. Please help me, I need it for my job.

I purchased this blender about one month ago, it has been used once. Second time using it, after the pulsing to chop ice it cut off, had a slight smell. Will not come back on. We tried changing outlets still nothing. Can't find a reset button on it. Has anyone else had thus issue.
