I am a long-time migraine sufferer. I needed to stop taking ibuprofen for little headaches and full-blown migraines. I'm not convinced yet that this is going to stop a migraine fully. Possibly because I'm scared to go through it with just the spray. I've never had a migraine where I haven't taken medicine. And I had one two nights ago and I had the aura in my eye before the headaches started and I had been using the spray and it works great on everyday headaches but I was worried with a full-blown migraine that it might not work so I popped four Ibuprofen before the headache actually hit and I went straight to bed because it happened at night. I usually put a wet rag on my head with an eye mask and that seems to help just being dark. And the fact that I was going to bed helped a lot anyway. So if I do get another migraine which seems to be frequent right now then I'm going to try and see if just the spray will knock it out on its own. I've just never had a migraine where I didn't take an over-the-counter medicine like ibuprofen. And quite frankly the pain is so bad I'm almost scared to not take it and go through it without it. I'm also changing my diet I am reading Josh turknett book migraine Miracles and I highly recommend you guys go read it. He talks about a gluten-free sugar-free ancestral diet. So pretty much eating Whole Foods and not processed foods and not a lot of whole wheat and wheat grain and gluten. And I don't know if that's what's been causing my headaches, I know stress is a big one and hormonal changes and I think that's what brought this one on because I'm days away from my period so I'm pretty sure that's what brought this one on and I haven't been eating extremely well. There's been some gluten in my diet so that might be part of it. But I'm willing to give the spray a chance because guys it does work great on everyday headaches I spray it on the back of my neck and my forehead and it works so well. Highly recommend this product if you're looking for relief.

I read the reviews on line as I usually do but was kind of skeptical about what I was reading. Since I have spent money buying all kinds of med to calm my headache all to no avail. I just wanted to give this product a shot it’s wow to me, I am the one who received the shot because it is working so great. The order came in few days earlier. I read the instruction and shake it well as stated. I used cotton wool instead of spaying. First time I felt itchy but the instruction stated that if there is lack of magnesium the effect will be itchy reaction so I waited patient. Applied it for another couple of days each time just within 10 minutes my headache will die down. I’m so happy about this product. It has a mild smell but I like it because it’s a mixed smell. I encourage those who suffer from frequent headache like me not just try this promising product but to use it. I know our body system are not the same but there is much change from my own experience. I’m still using mine and will order again as this one goes down.

I was suffering from a really horrible nausea-inducing, eyeball popping out of my head migraine the night that I stumbled upon this product. I was trying to talk myself into (or maybe out of) taking an Imitrex because, while they do work, they leave me feeling even more sick and drained of all energy. I read a lot of really positive reviews for this product and was excited to try it. Low and behold I somehow managed to stay migraine-free for well over a week after that. When I finally did get another one I was quick to grab this bottle. I will be honest, I did also take one single excedrin when the migraine first started, but that usually only holds it off long enough for me to start my work day. This time I also used the 7 minerals on the back of my neck, forhead and temple. The smell isn't the greatest but not bad. It did burn and itch slighly like it said it might, but I tried to just ignore it. I was surprised at the end of the day to realize that my migraine hadn't actually fully come on. Usually it peaks in the evening and will almost always be with me into a second day. This time I went to bed happy and woke up with no pain. I will definitely use this product again. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars were the multiple emails I received from the maker. I don't mind a heads-up we'd like a review, but the last email stated that they were "worried about me" and came off a little pushy in my opinion.

I was searching for migraine relief products and came across this. I decided to try it because it has an awesome guarantee. I didn't have much hope going in, but I have to say that it really seems to have helped with my migraines. When I start to get one, I use this and it does seem to dissipate the migraine. I'm using less drugs to combat migraines. It also seems to have helped me with menstrual cramps. But I had taken pain relievers so I can't say for certain. I also use it before bed and have noticed I'm sleeping better and waking up with less migraines. I love the smell of the oils, but they are warming. I would love information for how much of this product one should use. Also what the dosage of the spray is. It's hard to tell how potent it is. And the price is so high that it should compete with products that do list the mgs, at less than half the price and twice the size. I don't know if I would buy this product again. It's very overpriced from what I've seen from the competition. I also have consistently had a burning sensation when using it that has not gone away with repeated use. It burns and itches for an hour after using it. It also leaves a redness. I'm afraid I'm allergic to one of the oils but I put up with the severe discomfort because it seems to help with my headaches.

I'm not sure what I expected with this product. I've been prescribed numerous migraine treatment and pain management regimens. Done physical therapy and exercise therapies. Tried diet and suppliment related suggestions. Neck hammocks, ice packs, heating. But nothing seemed to last. I didn't really have high hopes for this. I swear by this stuff. I've gone from 1 bottle of excedrin migraine a month to still having half a bottle remaining after buying a bottle last October when I purchased this. I've not had to use any of my prescription meds either. I've let friends and family try it, all of which have ended up purchasing it. I use it as soon as I get the first signs of a headache or migraine coming on. I spray it on my neck at the base of my skull and I spray a drop onto the top of the plastic cap and rub into each temple (to make sure all of it gets on my temple and not my fingers). It leaves a slight salty crust if applied to heavy but I just wipe that off after 5 minutes or so. I've also had success spraying it on my pillow before bed and in my car while driving. It has a nice earthy smell that I really like.

First, I was very skeptical about how effective this would be. It was a Hail Mary attempt at a more natural way to get relief. I have used Magnesium at Dr’s instructions for years. That was the primary reason I decided to take a chance on this. I figured even a little bit of relief would be worth it. The first time I used it I had a doozy of a headache in the evening and caffeine was simply not an option if I wanted to sleep that night since I have extreme insomnia. This worked within 15 minutes and lasted for hours! It really helped take the edge off the migraine so that I could function and not be completely wiped out after. The only thing I didn’t like was how it made my hands feel. To use this, you spray some on the back of neck and along shoulders as well as on your temples and forehead. Then you rub it in a little bit... that is where the hand part comes in. It was just too harsh. So, if you use this (which I highly recommend) use gloves or something to rub it in.

Ok I got this less than 24 hours ago. I have not had a day without a migraine in 10 days or more. Lots of rain this year and lots of pollen. Or maybe I’m not getting enough magnesium wouldn’t that be a miracle discovery. I had the onset of a headache while grocery shopping and couldn’t get the oil applied quick enough. Suffered all evening finally took excedrine because of course you only get 9 imitrex a month. When I got to bed it was down enough to take something for sleep. Awoke at 4 with a head banger and took another excedrine and sprayed all over my forehead and neck. Headache was gone this morning but has resurfaced several times. I have sprayed every time I felt it coming back. The headache has been under neath the pain all day if that makes sense. I’ve been busy and productive and no upset stomach from pills. Hopping I e got a winner here. It’s a little messy my hair got oily but if that’s the price I have to pay so be it

I have suffered with migraines for many years and as anybody that does knows, you will try pretty much anything to stop the pain. So I read the reviews for this product and thought I would give it a try. So I did just that today. Woke up with a bad migraine, not just on one side as usual , but my whole head hurt. Sprayed my forehead and temples, in front of my of my ears and the back of my neck. Was surprised but within 10 minutes it felt so much better. Wasn't completely gone but managable. Repeated 2 more times over the rest of the day and my migraine was gone. The only thing I don't like about it is it leaves a white residue on your skin that looks terrible, that's why I gave it 4 stars. The directions state that it can do that. As directions say you can wash it off with water after 20 minutes and I did. It was worth it though, it got rid of the migraine but I just wouldn't be able to apply it then leave the house. I would purchase again.
