UPair One RC Quadcopter Spare Parts Intelligent Drone Replacement Battery 11.1V 5400mAh Lithium Overcharge Protection

I fly an UPAir One Plus 4K Wifi drone - a marvelous machine that I have a lot of happy hours using. It uses this battery. The battery pack works great and I've learned how to turn it on, off, and check its status. I have only good things to say about this battery - at least the specific battery that was delivered with the drone months ago when I got it. I wanted to have a spare battery so I ordered this one. It came quickly and it had a good price. However, it did not work in the same fashion as my original battery that came with the drone. When it first came, I pushed the button once to check its charge status. Rather than showing me, it began flashing about 1x/second. And it did not stop flashing! I finally hooked it up to my UPAIR One charger. That stopped the flashing and the battery seemed to charge normally. Next day, I went to fly it. Got into an issue flying (not related to the battery) and had to come in for a landing. When the drone landed, the motors would not shut off (very windy day, done still moving) and it tipped over which started thrashing the props. I picked it up and discovered my transmitter would NOT turn the propellers off. So I carefully turned off the battery by pressing the "on" switch. Nothing happened. I tried again. I tried a long press, short press, and a slide.. nothing would shut off the batteries. I finally had to pull the battery out of the UPAir while propellers were spinning full speed. That was NOT pleasant. So, I returned the battery and Amazon refunded me. I will trying buying this same battery again in a few weeks.

This was bought as a backup battery back in February. We haven’t used the drone very often, but the first 2 charges went fine. This last time, the third, the battery got really hot after about 45 minutes of charging. I took it off of the charger immediately and somehow it showed fully charged already. When it was put into the drone, a few days later, the start up sound was much louder/faster and it didn’t lift up. I reached to try resetting it and the drone and battery were hot. I immediately removed the battery and saw that the connection points on the drone were BURNED!!!I absolutely do not recommend this battery. Only the third time using the battery and now my drone is damaged!!

I bought this battery thinking I would have a spare. First battery I received would not even fit into the battery compartment of the drone. I looked and one of the metal battery "posts" was bent and covered the connection slot. So back to Amazon it went and Ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived and I charged it and it fit the compartment (though it was a bit tight). Flew it awhile and when I went to pull the battery to replace it with a fresh on, it was stuck, and I do mean stuck. Following "removal of battery" instruction the front cover of the battery broke off. So I sent this one back.I do not know why but the tolerances are way out of wack for the battery and battery compartment for these replacement batteries.

It works EXACTLY like the battery that came with it the Upairone in the box. I get the same flight time of 17-18 minutes or so. It fits exactly as the original!

The UPair one 4k drone is a great value with excellent video quality thanks to the Panasonic camera. These batteries give it up to 18 minutes of flight time, depending on wind and power usage. The charger included with the drone is excellent and works very well.

I have an UPAIRONE drone with smart batteries or should I say Dumb, When I get the batteries, they can't be charged, Because they are dead to start with. LIPO Batteries can't be charge if their dead to start. And when I do try to charge them, They go dead right-away. I've been doing this for years, SO PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM I NEED A GOOD SET OF BATTERIES

Good battery works just as well as the original.

Battery worked great. Allowed twice as much flying time. A must have accessory.
