Petzi Treat Cam: Wi-Fi Pet Camera & Treat Dispenser (Renewed)

This is over priced. I bought it for the treat dispensing feature hoping it would help my dog with separation anxiety. The treat feature didn't make a difference with my dog's behavior. He was too anxious to eat. The app is clunky and slow, sometimes it doesn't even load. There's no microphone on this so I can't hear my dog. You can buy a much cheaper security camera and save money.

I bought this refurbished I'm sure of how it would work. It works great! It's taken multiple months for my rescue dog to get used to the sound it makes. But now when she hears it come on she pops her head up from wherever she's laying waiting on a treat. And actually came in handy for another purpose as well. One night I had went out to grab dinner with friends and turned it on so I could see it make sure she was okay, I had left a candle burning and could see it with the video. I'm glad I checked it and obviously went home to burn the candle out immediately.

Video quality is not very good...but it works. The video lag is pretty bad. Tech support is pretty bad too....but I can look in on my dogs during the day and treat them. That's all I needed.

Product worked once, and never again. Left numerous messages for petzi and still no response. Very upset with product.

Love my new toy. I bought a refurbished one and it works great. Very easy to set up. Love it so much, im buying another for a gift.

I ordered this right before I went on vacation because I get so much anxiety leaving my little guy! This camera is awesome! Works great!
