I don't often write reviews, but I thought it would be helpful to share my thoughts as someone who owns budget bars and high end bars.Packing/Shipping: Adequate. Shipped in a bag inside a rectangular box and not a tube. One end was popped open a bit but the bar was still fine. There was enough tape that it was secured for the most part.The bar itself is very basic with rotating sleeves and no signs of bearings but I wasn't expecting something high end and it matched photos. For its purpose and price, this is assembled well. The finish was pretty good, not perfect or clean like a Rogue bar, but it was fine.The knurling is where I was surprised. I'm not saying its great knurling, but its more aggressive than I thought. You usually get very passive knurling on budget bars but this is pretty aggressive. Not sharp like a high end power bar, but certainly better than other CAP bars or similarly priced bars I've had. This was better than I expected.Overall I'd recommend this bar for basic use. I use curl bars for bicep curls, upright rows and bent over rows. All of those simply because the wrist angle is better for me than a straight bar. This super curl bar has good angles, decent finish, good knurling and it arrived undamaged. Just don't use the collars, get something else. Final comment is that my bar weighed about 15 lbs without collars. I wasn't sure if I was getting a 15, 17, 18 or 20lb bar but I also wasn't too concerned.At $40 you won't find a better curl bar if you aren't looking for something high end and fancy.

Its a very nice bar for the price. Surely the specs were listed, but I feel the circumnferance of the grip is to small. This makes it not feel very good on the hands. Probably why the price was so low

Great bar for the price!

I understand price/ quality ratio but this is almost too funny. The paint is peeling off, all scratched and dinged, rattles, missing set screw, bad threads, terrible packaging. Above all, the middle is too narrow and the whole thing is uncomfortable.

Great bar, does what is says, black paint pretty kool because im the only one of my friends with a black bar so no one can steal it.TBH the only reason I bought the bar is because it's the same bar Levan Saginashvili used when he curled 395. Awesome bar, it will be the last curl bar ill ever own
