The pros: Is a thin case, it is not heavy, it can be used daily and reaches perfection on the phone.Cons: I was very excited when I bought it, unfortunately when I tried it, the charge was so slow that the phone decreased, instead of going up, I kept charging all night, about 8 hours in wireless mode of 15% and I only had charge until the 80% at the next mornig, so it wont charge fast enougth. When you connect the cable the charge was very slow too in about 2 hours I finished charging the rest of phone to achieve 100%.My battery requirements are very strong and this is an option for a day that you do not want to carry a charger.I think needs improvements, the idea is good but, did not meet my expectations

So this is the second one, the second one that says it charges wirelessly. I'm using a Samsung wireless charging pad, which works with my previous S7 Edge, my S8, and my wife's S8. The case makes the power light flicker and won't charge wirelessly, as claimed.Via USB, charges just fine. Battery has a decent life, albeit well shy of the claimed life. If the wireless charging feature worked as advertised, I'd give it 4 stars. Just minus one for the battery life. It does get warm when charging the phone back up, which is what kills the life, but it gives me around 80-85% of a charge.Almost there, just not up to its advertised specs.*****I'm going to leave my original review, for information sake, but there is a rather significant update. This is hands down, the BEST, customer service I have ever received. As someone who has been in charge of purchasing for several companies and bought hundreds of thousands of dollars, this was still leaps and bounds over the top.I received a call earlier from a very nice lady from the selling company. She asked the issue and to explain troubleshooting steps. We went through all of them and they are sending me a replacement case. Not only that, but they are testing the case with one of their chargers to verify and sending both to me, as well as return shipping.I had already ordered a second Samsung wireless charger, I needed one anyways, but this was a pleasant surprise. The level of customer service I received from this company is laughably better than any I've dealt with in the past.Thank you guys very much and I wish I could do more than 5 stars. Regardless of the outcome of the product, the service is worth it's weight in gold.

UPDATE: after only two months, the battery is only able to charge my phone to 80%. This thing is crap. Don't buy it.As others have said, it doesn't keep my phone topped up while charging overnight. So it charges the phone, but then disconnects from it to charge the battery case, and by morning my battery is down to 86%.Recently the part that covers my phone's power button started to crack and break off, I'm holding it on right now with a small piece of scotch tape inside.Wireless charging works, but it's very difficult to find the "sweet spot" to make it charge.The soft-touch paint has started to chip off, which doesn't affect the function of the case but it doesn't look nice.Overall, not a great case. It helped to have a battery case while traveling, though.

Update on my review. This case works fairly well but does have issues. As many others have said it is hard to charge with either wireless charger whether from Aplatronix or Samsung. The paint is peeling off very quickly and looks terrible. The power button hasbroken off while in my belt case. And last and most importantly the RECEPTION is TERRIBLE!!! I've blamed the phone company but all the odd the phones that I've bought these cars for drop calls all day or sound like the 1920s phone reception. Take the case off and instantly the reception problems are gone. I've only had this for one day and I'm already satisfied. Very easy to use plus I don't lose the option the wirelessly charge my phone. The only thing missing would be the option to get a belt clip of some sort.

To be honest I am not all that happy with this battery and case. I didn't see the small print about the warranty not being honoured by the manufacturer. My case had a manufacturing defect which is when I discovered the so called warranty which is shipped in the box is invalid because I did by it from the manufacturer. Total B.S. so if I was you. I would purchase a different manufacturer and stay away from Ipatronix. It's allot of money for a battery and case. I would not purchase a product made by them or from them again.
