The hype is real, this works! I do have a few cons to share.
I can’t believe it — this is the first supplement that has actually curbed my appetite. I struggle with compulsive eating and could easily eat junk food all day, every day. Effective at helping you feel full with less food
I bought these Konjac capsules 4 months ago, took them off and on, then started taking them regularly -- 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before a meal, 3 max per day -- about 2 months ago. When combined with (mostly) healthy eating and daily exercise, I've lost 14lbs to date. The konjac really does help me to feel full with less food. I think another contributing factor is the 12-16oz of water I drink with each capsule. When I first started, I only drank 8oz, but it wasn't enough; hello constipation. Lesson learned. Because I found this konjac product effective, I ordered the two-pack.

Huge, Smells Terrible
Giving 3 starts because I think these do work, I feel better after taking them. But the pill itself is huge, chalky and smells horrrrible. The longer I have them the worse they smell. I was having a hard time swallowing them so I started cutting them in half and somehow that's even worse. This is my second time trying this brand, I'm going to look elsewhere because I can't stand taking these.
