Mine was supposed to " New in box with spare blade" it came in a box that had clearly been opened, the spare blade was missing as well. It operates okay however, the adjuster for thickness of cut does not stay locked and slowly creeps open making your slices thicker and thicker. I would not purchase again.

Q: The machine looks great, how long can I run continuously with it? Is intermittent downtime required?

It's perfectly adequate for home use, I generally run the slicer for no more than 10 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes. Since I did all the slicing in no more than five or six minutes, I didn't push the slicer to the point of overheating.

Q: Is this easy to clean？

Very easy, the guide and the table can be removed

Q: Where can I get replacement parts? My plastic meat pusher busted.

Could never find that answer either, because that is the weakest point of this slicer. Should have been metal, even with a nominal increase in cost
