A LITTLE HEAVY BUT A BEST BUY.My gym does not have this so I bought one to take with me. The grip is great and controls the movement. But it's a slight heavy so be prepared to log it. If it was light to carry I would give it 5 stars. But the weight makes it feel professional.no regrets especially because it lets me get a nice hold.
