I purchased a large beige chair as a nice chair for my downstairs guest bedroom. I had initially thought that the prier/cost was quite low so how good could the quality be? Well, I received the chair yesterday April 8th way earlier than the stated April 25th which, surprised me due the extreme speed in the shipping process. The chair arrived in three boxes total none heavier that 60 pounds. Since I was putting the chair downstairs, I had been thinking of how to move it down the fairly narrow stairs. Since it came in three separate boxes, I found it easy to just leave the boxes as is and open them downstairs. Each part was well packed (arms, back and seat). I had read that the chair was quite easy to put together and these reviews were correct. It seemed to take me longer to unpack the parts than to put the chair together. Each part slides into the other fairly quickly although it would have been better to have a second person to help slide the back into the seat. The reclining function as well as the massage and heating functions appear to work well but then I have just tried the chair once or twice so far. The chair is very comfortable and solid, but the footrest does not quite support my feet as well as I would like. However, note that I am 6’6” and over 300 pounds so for the vast majority of people I would think the chair would work great. Right now, I would highly recommend this type of chair and will update my review with anything else I find over the next few weeks/months. This recliner is perfect, it was exactly what I wanted. It's soft, the massage works well and the heat works good as well. Would purchase again. Very easy to put together and looks exactly like the picture. I purchased the tan one.

This recliner has all the bells and whistles. The local delivery was a problem, but once we received the boxes, it was easy to assemble. Everything fit together beautifully and the electronic connectors were simple to hook up. We even got small zip ties to bundle up the extra cord lengths. The chair is super comfortable and after 2 days, we're pleased with all the functions. We ordered two, a large one for my husband and a medium for me. My husband is 6'1" and he was pleased with the footrest and the headrest when reclined. We like the USB ports, pockets, and the loops on the side for the two remotes. It's well built and heavy to move which is a good sign of solid craftmanship.

I love this chair. We bought it after I had surgery and realizing that I could not put down the foot rest on our old recliner without assistance. Enter the power chair that gave me back some independence! This is not a lift chair, but the power function was enough for me. It has a wide angle of motion and reclines enough to sleep in it. We got the large size so I could sleep comfortably, but even in the large size, the chair would not be good for tall people (see photo - I am 5'2"). The chair comes in 3 boxes, and my only complaint was that we didn't receive all 3 on the same day. It was simple to assemble and manageable by one person. I was really excited about the other features (cupholder! heat! massage!) but haven't really used them - the cupholder is a little too far to reach when reclined, and I have tested the heat, but it gets very hot and you're not able to adjust the temperature. This is a good chair for the price and would be very helpful for people who have had surgery or have limited mobility.

Just received it and put it together in 20 minutes. The fabric is beautiful. My sister loves it! Easy to operate. Will update this review if there are any problems. So far, very satisfied.

I have two of these chairs! I liked the first one I got so much that I bought another! My son put the first one together in under 10 minutes. I put the second one together in an afternoon. These chairs are so comfortable! They recline to zero gravity, which means your feet can go higher than your head, which feels strange, but is good for your back and heart. The reclining action can stop anywhere between upright to really back. The massage is just a vibration, but it has several modes, and doesn't make you sore. I bought a chair that cost twice what this one costs and it quit working within 30 minutes after the delivery crew who set it up left. That company replaced that original chair with one that also died as the delivery crew was driving away. This chair was easy to assemble, didn't require any tools, and is designed for success. I have a terrible back, and this chair really babies me.

This chair is very uncomfortable in the seat, and in the back. It feels like I can feel the workings of the vibrator and heat just below the fabric of the Chair. It is like sitting on something hard with just a piece of fabric over it. Unfortunately, I am in a wheelchair, so my daughter and son-in-law put it together when it came and then immediately took the boxes out to the garbage for me. because I didn't have the boxes. I was told it Would cost a lot of money to send it back, Even though it was inferior.Update it review,This chair is so uncomfortable. I truly hate it so much and I'm ready to throw it out. The door to the trash. Hey, it's just the properties in the area.

Heat must be turned on and off manually and heat gets really hot. Arm rests are higher than normal for a chair. I thought I'd ordered leather, but they don't have leather in navy blue.It came in 2 boxes, 4 pieces and easy to put together.I really don't like it and am trying to figure out how to return since boxes were destroyed while getting the tightly packed pieces out.
