Osmo Polyx Oil 375ml - Matt 3062 (New)
Perfect easy to apply and the finish is great and doesn’t look orange. This was used on kitchen worktops.

Really good product
Used this for covering the top of a drawer unit purchased from a charity shop,.Looks great now. Didn't use it all so passed over to my family who used it to do the kitchen worktops. They were very pleased with the finish.

Great product
I ordered the clear but please be aware that it will still darken the colour of the wood as can be seen in the photo. 1 finished against an unfinished door. This 375ml tin did 2 doors so if doing more, order a bigger tin. I ended up needing to order another and will probably need a third if doing a second coat.I personally found that applying with a brush and finishing with a cloth did the job.Easy to apply and happy with the result so would definitely recommend.

Fantastic protection
Wow, amazing stuff. Goes on very easily, a light rub with wire will between coats and the smartest toughest finish I’ve ever seen. Used it on an oak dining table that was supplied unfinished and am delighted with the outcome.

Expensive but remarkable
Our wooden kitchen worktops close to the sink were showing signs of water damage, despite wiping up splashes constantly. After re-sanding (five years after the last time) we decided to invest in Osmo instead of the much cheaper worktop oil we had used before. Close to the sink we used three coats - it shrugs off water splashes completely and they are more obvious for wiping away. The satin we used for the first two coats was too glossy, but a final coat of matt gave the finish we wanted. It really is expensive but if it delays the re-sanding by a few years it's well worth it! And its coverage is good.
