Does this help with copd?

YES, I ave COPD  (an ex smoker) age 65 - I quit smoking 20 years ago, and was diagnosed with COPD about 8 years ago.  Coughing started about a year ago, and progressively was getting worse.  I  have purchased this product twice and getting ready to purchase a third.  I find my cough has almost disappeared, and it was pretty constant.  I take two capsules every morning.  Hope this works for others.

I was very skeptical but also very desperate to try anything to help open my sinuses. Well 2 days later after taking 1 a day I could actually breath through my nose, swelling went way down and I feel great.

Will this tablet interact with bp drugs?

This contains licorice root. Licorice root depletes potassium (K+) K+ is an electrolyte. We need our electrolytes to send signals to help make our bodies function. Think muscle contractions, heart beats (your heart is the muscle that contracts to move your blood/oxygen through out your body) blood clotting to name a few.  
If you notice muscle cramps from out of no where, usually we know the cause of aches, pains and cramps, this is a warning that you are running low on your K+
These cramps can be anywhere on your body, meaning that they’re not female type cramps. Eat a banana or potato or take a multi vitamin that contains K+.
But, most importantly - stop taking these until you talk to your healthcare provider about these. This is one of those supplements that should be used as directed. Taking more is not better. I hope that I made sense.
