The suitcase itself is very fashionable and the interior of it is commodious and will fit my belongings well... BUT: the item came with two big dents in the front (that were either caused by mishandling during its journey or before it left the manufacturer/distributor). It’s kind of hard to ignore it :/

Just got the 28" Tommy Hilfiger Hardside CaseIncluding the wheels: The luggage is about 30" tall.It weighs 12 lbs and 30 ozThe case seems a little flimsy, I can press in the material pretty easily. I'm sure that won't be an issue once I fill up the case though.Wheels seem to glide quite easily on carpet, and the handle is shorter, as the case is quite tall- but seems sturdy.Unless you've opened a suitcase lock before, it is quite tricky to figure it out. Would be nice if there was instructions included with the suit case.How to Open the lock:The lock combination is 000, and to pop open the zippers- you will press down on the actual TSA key lock to the right (or the direction of the arrow).If you want to change the combination, you:- will open the lock like above, and with the lock opened you can press the reset button with a pen.-Once the reset button is pressed, you can choose the lock combination you want and place the zippers in their locks.-Now when you try the original 000, the lock won't open, and your new combination should open the lock.

Beautiful and sturdy luggage. I get lots of compliments on it
