If I could give this company more than five stars, I would! We own their wine glasses, martini glasses, and champagne flutes, and to say we love them is an understatement. The quality and elegant design make them the perfect addition to any home, but what truly sets this company apart is their outstanding customer service.After accidentally breaking one of our wine glasses, we went online to see if we could purchase a replacement in the same color. Not only were they incredibly helpful and responsive, but they also went above and beyond by sending us a replacement glass at no cost and shipping it immediately!I was already singing their praises to anyone who would listen, but this experience has solidified them as my go-to for gifts for friends and family. If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality glassware and a company that genuinely values its customers, look no further! My pictures don’t do their gorgeous jewel tones justice.

These are beautiful glasses, exactly as expected and just like the pictures. One of the set of stemmed wine glasses arrived cracked and when I reached out to try to get a replacement it was such a quick and pleasant process and they sent a replacement glass free of charge! They are thin which makes them fragile, but they are high quality wine glasses so treat them with care and they will be an excellent addition to your home. So happy to have supported this company and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future!

I eyed these glasses for about 3 months before I made the purchase. They are stunning and perfect for the space! I love these and they are worth the money! They are extremely fragile and I’ve broken one by tipping it over in the sink.

Love these for our home. We receive so many compliments. My MIL accidentally broke one (knocked it over while putting a plate down) and the customer service was amazing at the company. They are a standard size, light weight and add a pop of color. The colors are great for telling whose is whose vs the little charms that clink every time your drink.

I originally saw this set of glasses in a TikTok video several years ago and immediately became obsessed. Unfortunately, at the time they were sold out and waited to very patiently for 2 years until they became available on Amazon! They were even more beautiful in person and I get so many compliments on them. They are also pretty sturdy; I’ve had some wine glasses break under too hot water during cleaning or falling on a countertop, not these glasses though!Recently, one of the glasses did have an accident with a fall onto concrete and broke; (I was heartbroken). I reached out hoping to just pay for a replacement glass and was completely taken aback to know that a warranty would cover a replacement glass free of all charges (including shipping!). I was again hoping to get the replacement glass sometime in the coming months and was again surprised to have my brand new replacement in my hands less than FIVE DAYS after contacting Saludi directly. I’m so happy to have a full set again and I’m planning on buying the stemless set in the new year. Excellent, excellent company!

I ordered 2 of these sets and both were absolutely beautiful. The color and craftsmanship is superb. Not to mention the sellers customer service is fantastic. One glass broke during delivery. I started the return process and the seller reached out offering to send a replacement glass. This saved me time and gas as I didn’t have to take it to ups or print a label. If your on the fence about ordering these, don’t be:)

I bought these glasses about a year ago, after seeing them posted by an influencer on instagram. Consider me immediately influenced- the glasses were out of stock at the time, so I got onto the waitlist and it was only a few weeks before I was able to order them. They are just as stunning in person as they are online, the quality and thickness of the glass make for a wonderful feel in your hand as you enjoy your drink. I use these often and they have not chipped, cracked or damaged whatsoever. I did knock one over in my sink, and it did break. 100% my fault. I reached out to the team asking if I could buy a single replacement, and they sent me one free of charge. It was so kind! 100/10 recommend these beautiful glasses.

First off this company has the best customer service ever! The quality and the gorgeousness is epic. One of the glass the blue one more specifically had a little dent which are things that happens here now and there nothing is perfect in life and that’s that but what’s mostly important is the customer service behind a brand and let me tell u they delivered that alright! Their reply was quick they simply sent me another glass they are just gorgeous thank u soo much! Even my husband loves them so that’s a pluss pluss thank you! We very much enjoyed our holiday with these different classy and beautiful glassware also they are very light weighted which is super great? The green is my husband’s favourite cuz green is obviously his favourite color my fav is the red cuz red is my favourite color lol.. The light brown on red wine is beautiful as well the blue is my third fav very pretty blue!

I love these glasses! Not only are they gorgeous and sturdy, but customer service is top notch. I broke a glass almost immediately after opening them and Saludi sent me a replacement for free! Highly recommend buying from Saludi.
