An effective probiotic. It is always my go to strain when I have GI distress. I don't encounter bloating with it or stomach pains. Whenever I get put onto antibiotics I make sure to take these to keep everything in check as well. I find it helps me with diarrhea, constipation and gas. It is priced slightly above other probiotics but this strain is trademarked and well studied in peer reviewed journals to be effective.

I have a very sensitive stomach and this product is really helping.

This worked well for me for years in the sealed foil packets. Now that the packaging is just a big bottle of pills, they don't work at all and I'm hugely bloated. I wish they'd go back to the original packaging, otherwise I'm going to have to change to another product.

This was the most effective of all the probiotic products I tried to restore my gut health after two rounds of anti-biotics left it in bad shape.
